The room wasn’t clean and the bed was dirty and not comfortable the bathroom has caterpillars and the air conditioning was not cooling

The place is so huge, have a cafe by the pool that open until 11pm.. The room is clean and the staff is helpful. Its just beside this monument

When I entered the room I was surprised by 4 cockroaches.. Bed sheet dust.. Blumut swimming pool, application of stairs to go up a slippery slide because of moss... Breakfast was satisfactory...

The Resort has excellent environment in its vicinity, swimming pool, park with shelters, eatery, etc. it is sad to see the maintenance of them, as well as the rooms are not up to par. The rooms though basic, but spacious. Cleanliness is an issue that the management needs to look into. A bit rundown, this is acceptable due to the hard times of the pandemic.
