Clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, good location.

This booking was a fraud and I will post daily on trip.com telegram. Trip.com said they will help me with the bank dispute but instead disputed against this. The hotel was booked under Agoda.com when I checked with the hotel and not trip.com. The hotel is simply not helpful too. I tried to tell them I did not stay at all because I was not even informed and they simply asked me to check with Agoda and refused to offer a replacement stay. Just to highlight my wife is in hospital for 3 weeks now and I am having to work through all of this. A simple online search shows trip.com had been sued successfully twice in China. I am considering legal means too.

The hotel is nice. It's a great place to stay in Singapore, and it even has a washing machine with a dryer, which is great! There's a small door on the second basement floor (you need a room card to enter). Then, walk through the hotel lobby opposite and you'll be directly at the bus stop on Scotts Road.

It's a great hotel for family trips. The facilities are clean and the space is spacious enough, so we had a comfortable stay. It's convenient to cook, so it was easy to feed the kids.

The location is very convenient. It is also very convenient to bring children to eat here.

Apart from being small, nothing else, breakfast is delivered to the room, very close to the shopping mall, very convenient

The environment is good and the location is prosperous

Lovely studio apartment, loved the extra space provided as opposed to a hotel room. Staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms and public areas are kept very clean and tidy. Nice pool area to relax in if needed. Close by to Orchard MRT ♥️♥️

Cannot speak more highly of this hotel. Part of the Accor Group, the hotel is spotless, our suite cleaned perfectly on the week days (not on weekends or public holidays). Our stay came with hot and cold buffet breakfast each morning, served in the Lobby's cafe, which was highly appreciated and ample to start the day's sightseeing. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, being one block back from the corner of Scott and Orchard Roads. It's only a short walk downhill to either of Scott or Orchard Roads and their bus and train stations (Orchard MRT is a major train hub) so, armed with a Singapore Tourist 5 day Pass, we were very able to catch any bus and get to all of Singapore's tourist attractions easily. Handily, Orchard MRT is one of only 15 train stations which can sell the 5 day Pass, so that was hugely convenient. Our suite came fully equipped with iron, ironing board, an LG washer/dryer machine (so convenient and helpful to manage our washing and drying), fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glassware and plates. Each room of the suite came with its own air conditioning controls, which was very useful. The hotel is a block away from the Far East Plaza (inexpensive grocery stores) as well as the Marks & Spencer department store, cafe and supermarket - both were ideal for purchasing bottles of peach tea, mineral water, dinners and dessert for the nights we chose to eat in. The main swimming pool was lovely, the children's wading pool and playground equipment thoughtfully planned for little visitors. A big Thank You to Sunil and Shawn for welcoming us and answering all of our questions. Thank you to the hotel staff who made us very comfortable in this home away from home.

I recently stayed at Novotel Living Orchard and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped for both short and longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is perfect—right in the Orchard area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff at the breakfast line were friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Joo, who assisted with our reservation and made the check-in process seamless. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the service was professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Singapore, whether for business or leisure.

We booked this room a few weeks before we arrived in Singapore. It was ideal as there were three of us travelling and the cost of a two bedroom apartment was similar to a two queen bed room in a hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed but what made it was the welcome from the staff on arrival. Very convenient having a washer dryer that could be put on at night and have clothes clean and dry in the morning. Our check in was streamlined and we were shown to our room and given a tour. The only downside was that the pool and entrance were being renovated and given the heat, it would have been great to have the pool available to use. There was an alternative in another hotel around the corner but it’s not quite the same as the convenience in your hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location not far from Orchard and MRT stations. Would definitely consider staying here again

Stay clear of this poorly managed property. I generally do not write bad reviews but this place is truly deserving of it. The GM condones the bad behaviour of certain long term selfish inconsiderate guests - items like shoes, slippers and bicycle can be found in the common areas even blocking the fire exit sign and potentially a fire safety hazard. Understand that they are allowed to place such items outside as they have no space in the apartment. Bad smells can be found on many floors. An ozone generator is placed permanently in the corridor for the selfish guest who decides to turned it on all day and night generating an unpleasant choking smell, without any regards for the well being of other guests and staff who are forced to live with it for the entire day. The GM should try spending some time with the ozone generator to get an experience of it. Typically hotels utilise such equipment only when necessary for a short period of time which are then removed immediately once it has met its purpose of removing odour but shockingly it is placed permanently for the selfish guest who is seemingly addicted to it. If one tries to switched it off for some fresh air, selfish will come and activate it back. Any educated person will know that long term use of ozone generators are not recommended due to potential health risks. Continuous use may lead to respiratory irritation, worsen asthma and potentially cause permanent lung damage particularly in the vulnerable. Walls are also very thin. Can hear the continuous sound emitting from the ozone generator, closing of doors, beeping sound of washing machine, crying of kid who has been spanked and the ringing of bicycle bell occasionally in the morning from the selfish who placed their bicycle in the corridor. Potentially problematic for light sleepers. Poorly trained staff - entering of units even when do not disturb sign is hanged on the door knob. Lifts are extremely slow - be prepared to wait, there are chairs placed at the carpark lobby which staff/guests frequently utilised while waiting for the lift. Poor designs - many units have either a steep staircase climb up or down to reach the unit so those with young kids or mobility issues may want to take note. Kitchen sink is built directly behind the main door which swings inwards in some units - an accident waiting to happen. Location while near Orchard road is up on a hill, something to consider for those with mobility issues. Breakfast is extremely limited, cold and poor taste. It’s catered from the hotel beside it where food is prepared prior to 7am to be brought over for breakfast hour 7-10am. So the peak hour breakfast crowd of 9-10am are consuming food which is prepared some time back. Plenty of better options can be found in the vicinity. For a couple of dollars more, one can actually have the full buffet spread in the hotel next door. Comfortable room, great location, amazing staff who were helpful in every way. Our welcome by Sunil started a fantastic holiday but thanks to all who made our stay here the best experience.

We had a wonderful time. Facilities and staff are kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It’s very difficult to continue to say words up to 200 characters when I believe I said it all. They are happy to store our luggage until we need to get to the airport later today.
