The cleanliness was impeccable, making the environment feel fresh and welcoming. The gym room was well-equipped and maintained, providing a great space for a workout. Additionally, the room design was not only aesthetically pleasing but also spacious, offering ample room to relax and unwind. One of the male receptionists always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we left or returned to the hotel, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations!

Great location. Near MRT. Near foodcourt. Near Catholic church. Just step ahead. The room are clean. Space is good. Bath room are good. Will be back. Very reccomended.

New hotel. Good accessibility to restaurants and metro. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi need much much less chlorine.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable. We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Superb location, with 2 different MRT station nearby. Lots of restaurant / food court down the road. Will stay here again for the next SGP visit.

Love the hotel! Great amenities and location wise is very convenient! The hotel is right in front of bencoolen train station. There's so much food around too for halal and non halal! Nasi padang right opposite the hotel and a mosque too! As the hotel is right infront of bencoolen train station, you just walk the underpass to Bras basar and head out to haji bugis/haji lane. There's even cheers and 7-11 for a quick bite right outside the hotel. The hotel room for the deluxe king was just nice for a family of four! I have a 2years old girl and 3 month old baby. However I would prefer the toilet to have a bidet though ( that's the only downside to it). No bath tub but the toilet is quite spacious. Nevertheless I would definitely come back for a short staycation here! Thanks to the staff in arranging a small complimentary birthday cake too!

Pros: Awesome location, very near several MRT lines and bus stops, and within walking distance of many places of interest. Room is relatively small but functional. Dark furnishing of the room and comfortable bed helped me sleep very well at night. Cons: Got towels and pillow cases that had VERY obvious stains. Walls are thin so one can hear most on-goings in the next rooms. Caution on using the self-help laundry: one of the facilities staff told another guest to move my laundry from the washing machine to the dryer. Lied that it was the guest who did so himself, until there was a three-way face to face conversation. Did not offer any apology and had to gall to tell me that they would have moved my clothes to the bin placed on the ground 'in the past'.

The hotel was great in all aspects where the room is big and convenient to access around singapore.

Location is nice, close to Bugis Junction. Room is clean and big. But seems lack of staff as need to wait for long in the morning to check out.

What a great hotel to stay for business trip. The room was new, and i didnt find any stain in my bedsheet. Comment: maybe the hotel needs to improve the soundproofing of the wall. I was a bit disturbed by the other people staying beside my room, although they were talking like usual. Overall: nice experience 9/10

Conveniently located near two MRT stations - Bencoolen on the Downtown line and Bras Basah on the Circle line. There's a mall with coffee shops and small restaurants right next to it. The currency exchange office is within walking distance. If you're travelling to/from the airport, the best option is to take the Green line to Expo and then at Expo change to the Downtown line and get off at Bencoolen street. It will take you 40 min.
