The hotel is really good, good environment and good location if you come from Tuas checkpoint. It is very near the shopping mall Jem & Wesgate by walking distance. Another good thing to highlight, the staffs at the front counter are very very friendly and helpful, Wai Keong and Joanne provide a fast check in and our kids got the snack from them. The location is good with the bus station and MRT including mall just 5-10 minutes walk. The surrounding area is peaceful as behind is some sports facility and some low level building (thus not blocking view from rooms, jogging around those are about 1km per loop. The small gym is 24hours and there is also a swimming pool that is also just adequate in size. Room size is just adequate for a small space to pray with the necessary charging ports available sufficiently. This deluxe room with complimentaey drinks in the fridge.

For Singapore, good value for money. Decent sized rooms, clean, walking distance to malls and MRT station. A bit far from the city, but a good option if you want a bit more space.

Honestly, I didn't have a choice: I was booking at the very last minute and this was the only reasonable option available in the Western part of Singapore. Hotel rooms are small but clean. Minimum things in the room, but it was sufficient for me during two-nights stay. All the shopping can be done at a nearby MRT (Jurong East) which is about 10 minutes walking distance. Restaurants can be found there as well. Food options nearby hotel are very limited.

Stayed at Genting Hotel Jurong for a business trip. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Wi-Fi worked well and the location near Jurong East MRT made it easy to get around. Good for business travellers. good for breakfast choices. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

Strategic location. Bus stop and MRT station are nearby. Free shuttle bus service from hotel to Genting Sentosa resort.

Located close to MRT and bus at Jurong east is a good location. Bus to sentosa could do with running earlier/later each day for tourists. Restaurant is good with variety each day for breakfast, dinner was also good. Pool did not seem to get much sun so was rather cold

Not a nice hotel to stay. Rooms small noisy and don’t expect any service. It’s a cheap hotel but still overpriced for what you get.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Bathroom is very smelly with damp smell. Hair were found in many places. Cleanliness is dissppointing.Β

I had a pleasant one-day staycation at Genting Hotel Jurong. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for a short getaway from the city buzz. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. Mei Yee and Didi were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A bit far from town but near to transportation hub and malls are within walking distance

The room and toilet is toooooo small. Not gonna book again for now. So crampy for this hotel.
