[Local Review] Booked here for a staycation with friends for 1 night over the weekend. Location is underwhelming and at the edge of the city centre. Room furnishing and amenities were old and air-conditioning were subpar and noisy. All the amenities in the room (including toilet) are old and cracked. Only stay here if in a tight budget for travellers. Certain floors are very quiet and sketchy at night.

It was a good stay just that there’s no food or mrt nearby so it’s not very convenient. Best to drive over.

the room is very very wide, we loved it! so much space to move and rest. the water is very hot. choose either very hot or very cold. location wise though, it is far from tourist attractions but walking distance to orchard. the place is upscale

Our initial room was triple bed, but it wasn’t available. The front desk gave us great alternatives and they were really nice

Big room and clean but far from transportation need to walk about 15kin to bus stt

It was alright. Good location

Would be nice if smaller face or hand towels could be provided in addition to large bath towels.

Location is inconvenient but expected prior to booking. The room has a moldy smell, it keeps coming back despite spraying fragrance mist to cover the bad odour. They need to improve their cleanliness, and feels uncomfortable with the whole room environment.

Everything Was very nice. Love the location. Very nice people. Everything was well planned. Looks like Dubai.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower were very nice... the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t up or down the fan ... but we hear they will refurbish soon ... we just hope the price don’t keep going up! Breakfast was nice - a good selection! Staff were very pleasant👍

The first room given had dust, hair and a leaking fridge. Customer service was rude initially but upon demanding for a new room service became more cordial and pleasant. Second room given was slightly better but still had dust on its couches, with hair and dust being very visible underneath the bed
