Bice view I always be there with Mt patner

The staffs were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and been super helpful to address our requests throughout our stay.  However the room cleanliness could be improved as there was a chinese white liquor cap on the floor (near the bed) and black color sand like substances on the floor in our room. As for facilities, we missed the swimming pool but it's ok cause Orchard road is just few stops away (bus stop to Orchard Road) to keep the family busy. Aside from these, we are happy with the stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Was let down by the poor sound proofing that could not keep out the noise from inconsiderate guests who were still causing a ruckus in the corridor at midnight. Front desk staff v helpful. Free parking for guests was a bonus.

RELC has always been a joy to have a short staycation in. 10 stars and 2 thumbs up!

The first day we arrived which was at 10:50 pm, the entire hotel was empty except for one receptionist. There was no one to take our luggages to our room. It was very late at night so we had to order food and we asked the reception for a single plate and they had no plates at all.The breakfast was a waste of money,it was very small and the food was not good. Even no live Egg stations,,very poor breakfast!!! The hotel is in a very isolated area.The only good thing about the hotel I would say is that the receptionists were very nice and understanding.

We are glad to stay in this great hotel as the room is so huge, in Orchard area, even though it is a bit far from the central of Orchard. By the way, the huge room compensates for the shortfall. I am surprised to see that this hotel does offer newspaper on their concierge. OMG, it has been very long that i never see newspaper being offered in hotel. Really miss this good gesture that happened only in the good old days. For sure will come here to stay again in future. Good hotel, good place.

[Local Review] Booked here for a staycation with friends for 1 night over the weekend. Location is underwhelming and at the edge of the city centre. Room furnishing and amenities were old and air-conditioning were subpar and noisy. All the amenities in the room (including toilet) are old and cracked. Only stay here if in a tight budget for travellers. Certain floors are very quiet and sketchy at night.

Came back many times to this hotel , room is big and airy and clean.But location abit off, if you don’t drive maybe quite inconvenient to go out for food or activity. But good thing is environment is quite although it’s in orchard road, value for money, worth it

It was a good stay just that there’s no food or mrt nearby so it’s not very convenient. Best to drive over.

Overall, it is a good experience. Clean room and friendly staff. But the breakfast is very normal and not refilling.

the room is very very wide, we loved it! so much space to move and rest. the water is very hot. choose either very hot or very cold. location wise though, it is far from tourist attractions but walking distance to orchard. the place is upscale

Our initial room was triple bed, but it wasn’t available. The front desk gave us great alternatives and they were really nice
