The hotel is clean, modern, with good service and a nice breakfast. This time, I stayed in a room facing the street, and the only downside was that the room had no sound insulation at all. I had seen the hotel’s response to previous reviews mentioning that it’s quiet at night and noisy during the day, but I don’t think that matters — soundproofing is important for a good night’s sleep. I couldn’t sleep at all at night due to the constant sound of traffic. I had read reviews suggesting guests request earplugs from the hotel, which I did, but they didn’t help. In the end, I had to sleep using my AirPods Pro with noise cancellation mode for the two nights I stayed. I hope the hotel can improve on this. For future guests, I recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the street. Aside from the lack of soundproofing, everything else about the hotel — including the price and cleanliness — was quite good.

Possible one of the worse ibis around the world, and it’s surprising cause it’s in one of the richest countries in the world. It’s next to the road you can hear everything outside while sleeping, the toilets overflowed when taking a shower, the air con needs time to charge up and then it works, the front desk Indian attendants are rude as hell.  If anyone is giving more than 2 stars for this place it’s cause the management hired people to give good reviews.  Horrible place.

Level 2 bathroom floor was not functioning properly. Like we had to use the wiper to dry the floor. Sound from the streets may be heard if you choose to have the street view room. But, the breakfast surprised me, the selections and you must always grab the crunchy tempura. They should make it illegal to take more than 2 per guest. IT IS SO GOODDDDD!! Overall the hotel was quite clean, they helped me checked out from one choice of room to another (because i extended) even before the check in time. Kudos to Imran the receptionist who is super friendly and helpful.

It was actually a great hotel experience! You get greeted, and the lobby and even the room was so clean !! And the good thing is, you get an outlet,then alot of free stuff!(coffee, toothbrush etc.) theres also a noise barrier between you and your neighbors which is quite nice! And my overall rating is definitely 9/10!

This isn't a fancy or Luxury hotel,But if you need to find a comfortable and kindness hotel,I suggest you can choose their .

Great location, service, clean property loved to stay here not much amenities but it's fine as you will jst sleep at night whole day you will roam.. Thanks to property & service people had a great stay for 3 days surely coming next time..

The room is clean and spacious enough for 2ppl. The facilities are well maintained and quite new. The receptionists (Daniel and Imran) and housekeeper are hospitalble and friendly. Everything is within walkable distance, and dozens of restaurants are just nearby (highly recommend San Shu Kung and Mother Earth Classic Vegetarian).

Me and my friend, we share a room with two separate beds^^ Morning Buffet is very close to, next door. The menus keeps changing each day. Fruit is always fresh. Overall, we like the stay here.

The room is small but has everything you need. The room is clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast is good and has different choices. The location is near a mrt and also many busses pass along so very easy to get around. The only thing I would change is make the glass between the shower and toilet a bit longer or closed because now the whole floor gets quite wet. But not a real problem. Great stsy and friendly staff

Over all it is good. It is much better if drinking water was in the package.

Very accommodating ang warm. People always wear smiles anytime you see them or bump into them. I will definitely be back in this hotel soon. ☺️
