Travel with my family , location is the best. Value for money. The room is great however the bathroom nearly same size as room itself. Bathroom is in open air space therefore, the bug and mosquito enter room via bathroom.Beside , everything is seem reach my expectation. I will be back for more nights to stay.

Service good but hotel not upgrade for my rewards, should to take care and give a reward to costumers as in booking!

The location definitely had its best time many years ago. Now old and not in shape and no luxury resort anymore - not worth the price it costs. The beach is cut off by a busy new street and also not as nice as in the pictures. Management was not willing to change the booking after PCR test requirements changed and earlier departure was necessary.

I really enjoy staying at Sahaa resort. It’s the best place for those who like silent moment. The room are clean, with private pool and staffs are polite. Especially breakfast is nice 👍.

The hotel environment is OK, after all, the price is not cheap, the toilet is surrounded by bamboo, and the mosquitoes are flying in a nest. There are too many mosquitoes. The waiter gave the insecticide to spray mosquitoes, but it was useless. There are still many mosquitoes. There should be a mosquito net. The beach is only after the road. If you live with children, you must take the children well. Breakfast is nothing to eat for me. Next time I go to Westport, I will not live here.

Other hotels in Sihanoukville feel like urban, concrete giants. Sahaa, by contrast, is rustic, tropical, and less crowded, tucked along the quieter Otres Beach. The downsides include a visible lack of renovation, mosquitoes, and weaker WiFi. Yet the service remains great, and the free breakfast is decent. All in all, Sahaa is my go-to resort/hotel for a relaxed, budget-friendly retreat and a calmer beach experience.

This place might have been beautiful once, and the grounds actually still are. But it’s not in good shape now. Some of the furniture was broken; there was no weatherstripping in the doors so insects could get in; the locking mechanism in the doors was glitchy and the doors wouldn’t stay closed without being locked, so we were constantly having to fumble with it; the bamboo walls in the bathroom - which was not air conditioned - were frayed at the bottom, allowing insects to enter. That said, the bed was comfortable, the shower was strong, the A/C was effective (and you REALLY need it), and the staff were responsive. We splurged on the room with the private plunge pool, which was great although the bamboo walls around the pool is in poor condition - really no privacy. The main pool was very nice. We ate at the restaurant a few times and while many items were unavailable, what we did get was tasty. The Sunday breakfast is a buffet - very nice. And of course you are immediately across the street from the beach - not a talcum-powder white sand beach (I think you have to go to the islands for that) but a nice calm place to cool off. The area seems largely a vacation spot for expat Chinese and Cambodians. We enjoyed the vendors on the beach selling charcoal-grilled seafood and veggies.

The hotel location is very goods close to the Otres Beach, very quiet, and the staff are very helpful (specially the evening girl waiter she's so helpful), nice breakfast and specially I like Beef Lock so much I have order twice time during my stay, and my wife she like deep fried spring roll so much too, we are so happy for our stay. Cheer, And I will come back again for sure, highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The location was literally across the street from the beach which is busy, but not noisy. The lobby, restaurant especially pool areas were nice overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I really enjoyed swimming with my daughter. On the other hand, the staffs were very friendly and helpful through out our stay. Moreover, the price was so reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.
