Friendly staff, great location, near by square times and restaurant

Nice located n well service but i lost couple shits there n they didnt find it back

I have stayed here a number of times and generally am quite pleased. This stay was sub par. The computer systems at the front were down the entire stay resulting in extended time to check in and check out. Tthey promised to call once the room was ready and that never happened. And, if that were not enough, the HVAC system in the room did not work making for a bad night of rest. I will rethink returning to the Park Lane.

Facilities: Old, there is an old smell in the elevator Hygiene: Very poor! I found that the used soap was placed on the towel in the room I checked in and it was not cleaned! There was also dust on the table, and the hygiene of the whole room was worrying! Environment: The view of Central Park is very good! There is nothing else except this view 🙂 Service: The attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk was average, and the attitude of the hotel manager who communicated later was much better! The dry cleaning service is poor! It is not clean after washing! Even the basic dust cannot be washed clean 😂, and the express fee is doubled. In short, except for the view of Central Park and the panoramic view on the roof, everything else is very disappointing! Even the last folio was sent to the mailbox several times, and it kept saying that the hotel had IT problems. I don’t know if it was a deliberate excuse or something. Anyway, I will not stay again.

Very satisfied. Great location. I will choose this hotel next time! Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel. The open-air bar on the top floor is the best choice for watching the sunset. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the entire Central Park.

The hotel has a great location. You must go to the top floor of the hotel to have breakfast or a drink and enjoy the full view of New York Central Park. However, since the hotel is quite old, the rooms and corridors feel a bit eerie. If you choose a room facing the inner street, you can see the balcony of the house opposite, so remember to draw the curtains.
