The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The room is clean, there is a good air conditioner, the Wi-Fi works. There is a gas water heater in the bathroom, so you won't be able to wash for a long time under a hot shower

This hotel is located in the center of Palermo. The elevator is also old-fashioned and there is no parking. The waiter recommended outdoor parking, which costs a higher fee of 20 euros a night. Breakfast was average.

It was renovated and clean. There was no refrigerator or safe. It faces the main road but it was quiet at night.

Kept very simple. Price - performance is ok. The breakfast was surprisingly rich. Unfortunately, from 6:45 a.m. onwards, sleeping longer on vacation is over, because it was very loud from the reception. This is a pity. The rooms are just a few meters from the reception.

Arriving at the hotel, we realized that everything was closed, we called and they told us that 38 Aira Hotels is under maintenance, consequently our reservation was moved to 55 Aira Hotels, at the central station, about 20 minutes walk away. We would have preferred to know beforehand, but we had booked half an hour before, so they didn't have time to notice the booking and notify us. We were given a quadruple room, very nice and clean. The biggest flaw, which we had difficulty with, was the fact that the air conditioner, despite being set to heat mode, did not work, and you would die from the cold in the room. We were forced to move to the other adjoining single room, with the air conditioner working. (As it was a quadruple, with two rooms, we took advantage of that). Despite this, the positive note is that the receptionist who welcomed us was very kind.

Arrivati verso le 14 le stanze non erano pronte e siamo andati a visitare Palermo. Tornati in serata verso le 19 abbiamo avuto la sorpresa,stanze molto decadute, in 5 avevamo 3 stanze 1 doppia così piccola che non si poteva neanche aprire la valigia,un'altra con una piccola finestrella ad altezza più di 2 m in caso di incendio non si poteva scappare,comunicato alla reception non hanno fatto niente. La mattina incontrato 2 ragazze che uscivano dalla loro stanza e hanno detto che nei letti mancavano le lenzuola!!! Mai più in questo albergo

Hotel da INCUBO! Blatte all’interno della camera e mille formìche sopra il piano della colazione, praticamente sul cibo… Ho fatto notare alla signora che era all’accoglienza quello che avevo notato e mi ha prontamente risposto -è normale che ci sono le formiche (ovviamente io ho risposto con una battuta, dicendole che a casa mia veramente non è normale, non è normale per niente vedere delle formiche sul cibo)… Per la blatta mi ha risposto che dovevo essere io a chiamare il Tim delle pulizie e riferirlo! Mha In quale Hotel il cliente di mette a parlare con il personale delle pulizie? Servizio pessimo! Ps:anche il copri letto era sporco! Ho mandato delle email per parlare con il Manager del posto, ancora non rispondono. Sconsiglio vivamente

Fui hace unos meses y mi experiencia fue genial, los empleados super amables y el hotel muy acogedor. Ubicación perfecta, fui andando a todos lados.
