The hotel itself was great, very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also super nice, and staff were very helpful. The hotel had wifi issues the entire time we were there, and our TV was broken(staff attempted to fix but had to wait until next day), and they had "just run out" of the promised free sim cards.

The hotel is nice 😊 and I always stay here when I come to Siem reap. Will stay again in future. Customer service is amazing 🤩

Very nice location! Close to the old market. The cleaning is not so good. The bed is super comfy. All the staff is very friendly.

My first time staying at this hotel and I find that all the staffs were very friendly and approachable and always putting on a smiling face. Room stay is good except for the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough and it was promptly changed upon my request. Overall the stay is a pleasant one.

Location is super! You can find plenty of restaurants and local food in a walking distance. There are two buildings A & B. I was assigned in B, and felt it’s a bit neglected. Close to pub street & central market. Some amenities in hotel need to rechecked whether it’s working properly or not.

Great location in Siem Reap. Near the busy pub street but still quiet. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

The location is good, and it's only 1-2 minutes from the Old Market and Pub Street. We stayed here as a group of 3 couples, and the husbands stayed at the hotel while the wives went shopping and for massages! I was surprised to see a small brown cockroach-like thing in the room, but other than that the room was clean and spacious enough, so it was nice. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
