Superb hotel which is made even more accommodating by fabulous staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay. Location: 3 minutes walk from bar street and market area which is close enough not to hear any of the night time noise yet be in the middle of the wonderful Siem reap night scene. Perfect proximity for myself with a young family. Hotel: medium sized hotel well maintained and very clean. Pool is good sized and perfect for to chill out after a long day at the temples or markets. Rooms are excellent quality and perfect for my family. Staff: Top marks for the staff, truly an unforgettable experience and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. The service surpassed anything I had ever experienced, staff would be there immediately when you arrived at any point In the day with cold towels and water for your convenience. They were forever helpful with any requests and would always go above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. This is an outstanding hotel team and made the stay 100% better as we felt like part of the family. Food: Breakfast menu has lots of variety and we tried most during the stay and all were great quality and very tasty. Set menu was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Khmer set to taste the local cuisines. The hand made nuts they have for sale and also come free with a drink from the bar are moreish and I had to purchase 3 bags to take home to keep my family happy. Overall… I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wishing for a comfortable and homely stay in Siem Reap who doesn’t want the chaos of the city centre but still wants to be close enough to easily walk there and back for shopping/food/drinking. Highly recommend to stay here considering the very good location, extremely good service and clean and comfortable room. I've traveled many countries and stayed in many 4/5 stars hotels, but the hospitality of this hotel was the best as all the hotel staffs are very friendly, but still very polite and welcoming guests all the time with a wet towel and cold water. What I was impressed was they put mosquito repellent tool when I was bothered by mosquitoes, which made me sleep very comfortably. I would definitely use this hotel when I visit Siem Reap again.

I love both of their properties, the residence and the boutique hotel. The latter is right in town so a bit more convenient but the other is beautiful and quieter. All the staff are amazing, including POV, Seth, Nana, Leap, Roth, Khanha and Sara and anyone else I might have forgotten. I love you all. Thanks for a wonderful stay❤️

We had an amazing stay in this Hotel! It starts with a welcome cocktail and snack. everyday the stuff welcome you by your name. The rooms are clean and with fresh flowers decorated. In this hotel match everything. Thanks for the nice time!

I really like this hotel, and every staff member is very good. They greet me warmly by name, giving me a feeling of returning home. The food is excellent, and the cocktails are also good. This is my favorite hotel in Siem Reap

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The location is adjacent to pub street which is convenient for good restaurants and bars but there is loud late night noise from the pubs that didn't bother us but might an issue for some people. Excellent breakfast with good choices.

All staffs are very friendly. Especially when I was sick, They looked after me carefully.

Traveled with my wife and adult son and his wife - us in our 50s, them late 20s. Staff was awesome, super friendly and attentive. Had a massage that was wonderful. Location was both good and not so good. It is very close to pub street and the night market. Pub street has great restaurants, bars and clubs. Very vibrant atmosphere. The drawback is the club music volume ramps up about mid flight and goes till about 3AM nightly. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the constant beat of the music at lte hours. This may bother light sleepers. I put in ear plugs and was fine. Overall this is a wonderful little boutique hotel.

A warm hotel with thoughtful and meticulous service. It is in a central location, a few minutes' walk from the bar street, but very quiet and comfortable, a quiet place in a bustling city. The hotel offers authentic Cambodian and Western dishes. The pool was very relaxing. Really enjoyed the experience.

As the reviews said, the hospitality was excellent. Not only the front desk staff, but also the bellboys, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff all smiled and provided attentive service. There are countless examples, but when I showed interest and asked, they politely taught me Khmer, when I was worried about being bitten by a mosquito at breakfast, they prepared insect repellent spray for me, and when I returned to the hotel, they noticed right away and prepared a cold towel and water for me. They remembered my name well and always made me feel at ease with small talk. ・The rooms are comfortable and wonderful. The pool can be seen from the room, and there is a balcony, so you can enjoy the resort atmosphere. In addition to water, they also prepared snacks for the properly cleaned room. ・As it was my first time in Siem Reap, the location in the center was very convenient. There is a loud club nearby, but you can relax without feeling any noise. Restaurants, laundry, spa, a Japanese-run fresh pepper shop, etc. are all within walking distance, which is convenient. ・For breakfast, you can choose from several main menus, and salads, bread, fruit, etc. are buffet style. (I recommend the Khmer noodles) You can relax and enjoy breakfast by the pool. - There is no problem with the water pressure or temperature of the shower. It is comfortable. There is no bathtub, but there is a rain shower. Amenities are also provided, and there is conditioner, so women don't need to worry if they forget theirs. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, just steps from the famous Pub Street, and I highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with incredible warmth, and every member of staff demonstrated professionalism and kindness that truly marked my stay. The thoughtful, everyday gestures, such as the personalized service and extreme courtesy of everyone, really made the difference. A big thank you to Nana, who was particularly lovely! She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to escort me to the exit after I checked out. These kinds of little touches really make all the difference and create a friendly and authentic atmosphere. The hotel is charming, well-located, and offers an unforgettable local experience. I will not hesitate to return and recommend it to my friends!
