Sarai team never disappoint me and family. I really appreciate your friendly and hard work. My kids also enjoy the pool and environment.

The whole hotel is so Instagrammable! Every corner looks beautiful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. It has 2 pools including roof top which is infinity pool. This is the only hotel that offers two times housekeeping and also snacks during evening housekeeping ! I had banana chips, sweet potato chips and Khmer local dessert. Simply delightful ! Breakfast was splendid with menu to order and buffet spread of pastries, salads and fruits. Spoilt for choice and taste was delicious ! Had a 30mins free massage and the skill was outstanding; felt real good for 30mins. All hotel personnel was polite and helpful. Hotel's location is within walking distance (max 15mins) to night market and Hard Rock Cafe or can easily book a Tuk Tuk (USD2) or cheaper via Grab App.

I love everything about this Resort. They have offered everything you need, from great services to accommodations and even located in the middle of City and next to everything. Worth every penny spent . Recommended for those who come to Siem Reap.

A nice and comfortable room. The design is great. Of course, if the window can be opened, that’ll be better! The free drink in mini bar makes my child very happy. We love the swimming pool.

This lovely boutique hotel stands out with touches of a few cultures : From her Korean owners- the soft beauty & attention to nooks & corners. &, the professional in-house photographers to serve guests. From her Cambodian & Thai managers- the humility & service orientedness. Yet, the common cyclical issues of staying in hotels in less developed Southeast Asian countries staffed largely by locals surface. Unless, a higher system of global mindedness dominates.

Wonderful hospitality and great amenities at Sarai Resort & Spa Hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice clean place however the normal room is abit too small

Very relaxing hotel after long day visit of Angkor Wat. The rooms, breakfast and especially the pool is amazing 🤩

Good location, clean rooms, amazing pool and the best part, extremely nice staff, especially Rose who even memorised our names and made our experience even better. The hotel is well located, only a 10 minute walk from the river side. The hotel staff did their best to make us comfortable and the restaurant had amazing food, both local and western. We spent three nights and wouldn’t mind having stayed more.
