Great place to stay staff are nice in walking distance of pub street where you can get a nice steak on the corner highly recommend this place, WiFi can be a little un stable at times but seems to be ok most of the time

Upon arrival at the hotel, the administrator told us that all the rooms were occupied and asked us to cancel the reservation.. and this at 23:00 in the evening, after a long flight and 100% prepayment for a room in this hotel (I made the prepayment 2 months ago). I have never seen such an irresponsible approach to customers and a complete lack of service.. where are we going to go at night if the hotel was paid for by us in advance... after 2 hours of discussion, we were given overnight accommodation in another hotel.. I do not recommend this hotel.

Отель прекрасный! Удобное месторасположение: все рядом, но тихое место. Прекрасный персонал, уборка ежедневно, дизайн номера выше всех возможных оценок! Бассейн очень красивый, завтраки очень вкусные, если нужно - предлагают собрать ланч бокс (при раннем выезде на экскурсии). А какая там вкусная еда в ресторане - и атмосфера невероятная! Вернусь обязательно! Спасибо персоналу отеля за мою идеальную поездку!

The perfect place to stay in Siem Reap! The location is close to everything but tucked away so very quiet. The rooms are beautiful, lovely clean pool and good bar & food. The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile and providing the best service. Excellent place to relax after a day exploring Angkor Wat. We also used their tuk tuk driver Mr. Ra, who was fantastic, very safe driver, knowledgeable about the temples and Siem Reap in general & a great guy to spend the day with. . Also highly recommended. Really can't think of anything that wasn't perfect! We were sad to leave & would highly recommend staying here.

A confused start to my stay with various un answered questions. The team all ready to assist when they can resolve all our issues. Lovely setting in a quiet discreet area of Siem Reap. Not far from bars and retardants. Reception is eager to help in excursions and transport. Management understanding and polite as well as the courteous site. Tranquil is setting an early business getting on its feet and determined to get things right for its pateons Highly recommend this place to stay for short or ling stay.

Me and my family have very happy for stay there i like this hotel because in there have view for see city and pool bar for staff they are all good i hope will come back this hotel next time for driver they are will good also they have one way free from ariport to hotel

Super nice location and staff are amazing. It’s a nice hotel with a good pool and restaurant. The hotel takes disadvantage students and teaches them about hospitality! Super cool! I enjoyed my stay here, room are a good size.
