Bought this through Trip.com which for some reason, was much cheaper than another booking platform A. Really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. Fantastic huge room at the tower with lovely bathtub, twin showers and twin vanity basins. Private swimming pool was enough for a dip only but exhilarating to view out onto the water chalets below and the sea. The steam room worked but can be too hot if you sit just above the steam outlet. Enough power points all over the room for your chargers, 4 drinking water bottles provided The downside unfortunately, was the noisy aircon. It was quite loud even though we set the fan to the lowest. The other reason was the next room had a big group who were jumping in and out of their pool and shouting very loudly, which isn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast area was big enough for the huge number of guests. There were many foreign tourists on tour groups but a big section of the outdoor area need not be opened up. We came early, chose a table outdoor next to the children swimming pool. The waiter team was super efficient, clearing up used plates, bringing fruits and tea when you require. Thank you Jerriel, Ardian, Tegar and Owto. The beach had a few other outdoor sport facilities and was very empty since it was a weekday. Sufficient car parking is on the ground level as well as the multi-storey carpark. There doesn't seem to be a direct connection to the hotel lobby and would require you to walk out on the driveway to the main entrance. Visit the 13th floor pub for a lovely night view. Kids playroom, spa, gym on 2nd floor close early. The Lighthouse sits out into the sea but seems to be under utilised unfortunately. The tower rooms seem to be a better deal. Many of the water chalets face each other, or the tower block, walkways etc so you won't get the privacy you want as we could look down into the chalet below. You can't be assured that you would get a chalet that faces the sea if you booked one unless you top-up for one with seaview. Apart from the hotel rates and minus points above, we would recommend to stay here, at least once to enjoy a 5-star hotel experience. And look forward the their second phase that has started reclamation works

Good service especially the buggy that sent us to our room from the main building.And a personal pool.

Servis was good but only when waiting buggy it take 10 min to came our our room. Food sooooo good, variety choice from malay chiness, indian food.

Very good service from the staff, always smile and greeting. Had a really good staycation.

We love the spacious king size beds, and happy with food. The access to the terminal building is a bit troublesome and we ended up walking to and fro because buggy can take awhile during the peak time-check in and check out. Advising everyone to travel light or use luguge with wheels cause its easier to drag. The hot water supply is also a bit weird, it gets too hot and its hard to adjust. Other wise, all are superb and look forward to come back.

This is my 5th times come to this hotel... Really comfortable from start to c.in until c.out... Stunning view, spacious room, variety and delicious food and the friendly of staffs. Love the fire show.. amazing. Highly recommended to friends and families.

Such a great pleasure staying here The best 5 star hotel with private swimming pool, upon check-in they have great hospitality and i was able to enter my room as early 2.30pm instead 3pm. The room was spacious with seperated bathroom and the view was superb. 2 queens bed is more than enough for my litte family 2 adults and 2 toddler. For the breakfast was a little bit disappointing because of flies hope they will managed this issue. Overall im so satisfied and this is my 4th staying here. Will come back for next time.

Room was a little dated but overall stay was good. Private pool was good and buggy service was great.

Good service at the Check-in counter and also the room service staff. Further more, the food delivery service is excellent, specially in the heavy rainning days.

Great service and nice hotel. Bed is comfy and cleanliness of room is alright given that the hotel is not new. overall is a nice short stay, surrounding doesn't have much to venture, mostly staying inside the resort to chill and relax.

All i can say is excellent

Kid playground very small, facility just okay.. food for buffet no refill when request the staff ask us take the food inside the restaurant…
