Nice area. Came here for family trip and everyone was impressed with this place. Although, this place is old but they maintained it really well!

There was a musty smell along the walkway, but overall the room wasn’t too bad.

Wonderful experience with Pattana Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean with great view. You must try the Thai Massage in hotel which is nice too!

Staffs were very polite and friendly. The location is just made for sport activities. Room was not clean. Breakfast was disappointed.

Also, after booking, we were not allowed to refund, and we could refund it, but they didn’t give us a penny. We stayed there for 7 days in tears. Environment: The environment is OK, to be honest. There is a public swimming pool, Komodo lizards in the lake, and the air is good in the morning. However, there is nothing within 5 kilometers, not even a convenience store. We lived there for 7 days, and we had to take a taxi every time to eat out. Moreover, it is very difficult to get a taxi here. It takes at least 20 minutes to get one. It is best to have your own car when you live here. Service: Most of the hotels we stayed in in Thailand that cost 300 RMB could speak a few words of Chinese. However, the waiters at this resort could not speak any Chinese at all. There were quite a few Chinese people staying there, so I don’t understand why there couldn’t be one or two people who could speak Chinese. However, they could speak English. When asked, they know nothing and it's hard to communicate with them. Summarize. I don't know if there was something wrong with Ctrip or the local hotel. We stayed there mainly because there was a billiard room where we could play billiards. But after paying for a long time, they wouldn't let us play and didn't even explain to us why it was closed.
