3. Mamak restaurants nearby (walking distance)
4. Coffee Bean, MoonLight cafe, KFC, Starbucks, grocery shops & some shops within walking (~500m) / short driving distance (less than 5 min)
However for the maintenance, best for hotel to upkeep a higher standard. There’s leaking at the toilet bowl.

GGuest UserNothing is worth mentioning other than the service. The room was ok just for 1 night stay but the toilet meh, the room was quite dark too. We asked for high floor but got a lvl 2 instead. But service was still good for the reception very polite just a pity the room feels like a backpacking hotel.

1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking.
2. Tap does not have hot water option.
3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all.
4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again.

AAnonymous UserUnfortunately the lift was under maintenance during our stay and you have to approach front desk for hair blower which is not available in the room. Overall, it is good as the strategic location whereby eatery nearby with walking distance.

AAnonymous UserNo concierge service upon arrival. We had to carry our luggages on our own. Receptionist told us to use the concierge trolley which i think very unprofessional for the guests to push the trolley on their own 😡 breakfast buffet was ok. Checkout process was smooth. Parking also ok.

AAinaZahidahStayed here for one night because I have an early morning ferry to catch from Pasir Gudang port. Good value as the price is quite cheap rm80+ for a queen bed room.
The staff is nice and helpful, hotel is safe and nearby are little shops and many parking available.
The room is just nice and quite okay in terms of size and space. Toilet is also large and water is running smoothly.
However, there are rubbish below bed and mattress not that white and clean. Dusty television and drawers too. I didn't take photos because I was in a rush and didnt stay long.
So I didn't mind that much of the room because I use it basically just to sleep and shower. Also because it is less than 10mins to ferry harbour.
If you're staying for holiday and leisure; might want to reconsider.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good clean and silent good for rest and and short stop. But the things I don't like is the front desk customer service. Aiyoo she even not greet at me and not look at me when I'm arrive at the desk. And I need to call her many times to tell her Im coming for my booking.

LLimGraceAs an environmental conscious person. It is good to see that the hotel didn't provide the small cleaning items such as disposable toothbrush and small tooth paste. All the necessary items are provided. It is unfortunate that there is a electricity black out in my room before 8.30am and not fix by 10.30am when I came back. But the staff provided me another room before my check out at 12 noon. As I need to use electricity. The staff are friendly. Worth to stay there for non fussy people.
