Hotel seems more concerned about hosting large wedding functions than cleaning the rooms. At breakfast buffet sat down with a full plate of food - un touched, got up to get an orange juice, was gone less than a few minutes - returned to find it has been totally cleared.... Was womens hair in bath on arriving in the room and then the sink would not drain also. It's very hit and miss at a lot of the dead sea hotels, especially in terms of cleanliness, but certainly it's disappointing when you can't clean something for the next guest - but you are happy to waste food...

The experience was truly pleasant as it was not crowded, clean, and quiet.

The property is old, but overall it is still a five-star hotel with good service. The only downside is that the renovation is taking place in the winter, which is the off-season, so there is some inconvenience and noise. There is a Dead Sea in the hotel, where you can float, and there is a lot of ecology nearby.

I think this Marriott is great, but there aren't many options for dinner, so I finally chose to order dinner to my room. It has a private beach and a shuttle bus to the beach. The beach service guy was very interesting. He didn't speak good English, but he swam out to a very far place to pick me up because I couldn't swim and drifted too far away to come back. I was very satisfied and it was very photogenic!

The pool, the beach, and the sunset view of the Dead Sea were all great. Especially, the dinner included in the dining package was excellent. However, the service at the reception and restaurant was really disappointing. When checking in, I checked if dinner was included in the dining package, but the reception said that dinner was not included in my reservation. I asked again, but they didn't check properly and firmly said that it was not included. I went to the room and confirmed that dinner was included in my reservation, and when I asked the reception again, another staff member confirmed that it was included. So, did the first staff member not even check? And I went to the restaurant that the reception told me about, but the door was locked. I went back to the reception and they told me that the restaurant door was locked, so they told me to go to another restaurant next door. Dinner was served at that restaurant. I wonder if there is some kind of lack of communication between the reception and the restaurant. The dinner was very delicious, but the dessert order was wrong. I was waiting for the dessert I ordered, but the servers didn't check it properly for 30 minutes. When I asked, they just said they would check and didn't tell me what the situation was or if I had to wait any longer. After asking several times, they said the order was wrong and they had already served a different dessert, but they said they would give it to me again and gave me the dessert I ordered. Even at the pub, when I entered, no one showed me to a seat or gave me a menu, and they just left me standing. Despite the great facilities, good food, and reputation of Marriott, this was a place where the disappointing service made my trip unpleasant. I hope the service will improve.

Very nice, high-quality hotel with friendly staff and a great location. We booked the hotel because of the private access to the beach on the Dead Sea. There was plenty of space for swimming and it was beautifully laid out. The room was very spacious, very clean and we also had a small balcony. The breakfast was extremely tasty and the selection was great. The pool facilities were also great, although the water in the whirlpool was a bit too cold for me.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The view was amazing! The only thing to be sure of is that you are not allowed to bring food in. There are two security checks before entering the hotel to check if you bring food. The food prices inside are similar to those in France!

The rooms all have a small balcony, which is quite comfortable. There are several swimming pools, and the children had a lot of fun! The restaurant for dinner is also very good, and there are many varieties of breakfast.

The room is clean, the balcony can see the Dead Sea, the service is warm, and there are staff to help with parking. It's good
