Nice hotel, great staff. Near shopping mall and Surabaya, very convenient

The hotel is at the exit K8 of the JR station sunken passage, about 8 minutes walk, but because it is connected to the sunken passage, it is not afraid of rain or sun. There is a donki near the hotel. It is a pity that there is no large bath and no luggage scale available.

The room is not small, the location is good, very close to the station, there is Don Quijote and convenience store downstairs. However, there is a red-light district across the street, and you can occasionally hear the sound of cars passing by downstairs at night.

I was satisfied with this business hotel, even if I just wanted to have breakfast. It gets busy just after 7am.

The facilities were very clean. It was a luxurious hotel.

It is easy to access from Shizuoka Station and there are many good restaurants nearby, so it is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Shizuoka. The service is good, such as bringing water every day.

First time staying at this hotel is good

The room was normal, but I felt it was confusing that they wouldn't clean the room unless I put a sticker on the door. Also, the breakfast was delicious, but I thought it would be better if they had a place to eat rice and miso soup. It was small and inconvenient.

The staff are very friendly. Everything was satisfactory, but breakfast exceeded my expectations. I ate the omelet twice. I was so satisfied that I would like to come again the next time I come to Shizuoka.

房間需小但五臟俱全。整體都算乾淨及衛生。隔音尚算可以。 位置鄰近靜岡站，非常方便。酒店樓下也有不少店舖，例如，藥妝、食肆、購物商場。
