The man in reception is unprofessional and not smart . i asked for a bigger bedroom, and he asked me to change, and after I took my laugage, he said, "Not available Location near industrial noisy area Staff is aggressive and not welcome. Tourists only give good rooms for iran people, although we pay the same money Bed very small i was not comfortable sleeping

The hotel was clean , staff is friendly even reciption was friendly and helpful

Arg Shiraz had the best location & amenities. The only downside is the matress is too hard and there is only two front desk staff that can speak English. We had difficulty of explaining our requirement.

I was stuck at the border and couldn't get to the hotel. I notified them two days before to cancel my reservations and they didn't grant it to me.

This hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the Pink Mosque and the Tomb of the King of Lights. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate of more than 200 RMB includes breakfast, which is economical. The breakfast is quite rich. This hotel is a good choice for traveling to Shiraz.

The room is quite big, especially the bathroom, the hot water supply is good, the room facilities are good, very clean, very quiet, close to the castle scenic area, Vakil Mosque and Vakil Bazaar. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. The downside is that there is a blue cloth wrapped around the mattress, which does not look very clean.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

The welcome, rooms and breakfast were great.

You can also walk there, about 15 minutes from the center of town. Also, the breakfast had Iranian food, which was good.

Location ok, service very pleasant and helpful. I recommend.

Very convenient transportation

Modern with local style artwork. Welcome drink of coffee on the rooftop terrace overlooking city. Walking distance to Citadel and Bazaar. Mix of tv channels of BBC, Arab, Euronews, Afghan. Local breads and naan for breakfast along with western style. Did not know the room had two A/Cs which was making me sick after a while.

The staff members were really friendly and helpful. We were there with our tourists for 2 nights🌙. Rooms were cristal clean. Breakfast was wonderful, including traditional shirazian breakfast. The only issue which I had was with the laundry. I didn't mention that I'm in a rush. So I received my clothes on the checkout date, which doesn't work for me. Also, the roof garden has amazing service.
