The hotel is all good, with location nearby the station and a supermarket is just next to the hotel

Location not bad , receptionist wasn’t that polite to my friend

Water pressure was too low. No water out/very little when shower

Location was about 7 minutes walk from the Shingu railway station. Safety was good , as each floor is accessible only based on your room number. The twin rooms were also spacious. The coin laundry was on second floor and was very convenient. The bathroom had a weird smell. Maybe , it was due to some recycled water being used in the closet . Or it could be due to the old cleaning clothes. The toiletries were also not refilled daily. You have to take the toiletries by yourself from the hotel reception. The buffet breakfast was good as it also had some local cuisine items in addition to western food items. But breakfast timings is only till 9 am, which is inadequate if you are traveling with kids

The hotel room is very large. You can take a hot spring bath on the third floor. There is a free massage chair at the entrance of the hot spring pool, which can eliminate the fatigue of the day. You can wash and dry clothes on the second floor of the hotel. A full tub costs 700 yen, which is very convenient. It is right to choose this hotel when you come to Shingu.

The hotel is in a good location, with JR station and Kumano Gobo Nankai bus terminal only 7-8 minutes away. There is a big supermarket 6-7 minutes away. Hygiene: I found a pair of socks from the previous guest when I opened the luggage rack. The cleaning was a bit sloppy. Environment: It is relatively old, and the decoration style is full of the style of small cities in China. The pattern of floor tiles and glass chandeliers. The room is dark overall. Depressing. The quilt has no bed cover, just a simple sheet underneath.

The hotel has a washing machine and a bath.

The room is big and the hotel is not too far from the station Stayed for two nights. It was quite quiet. There is a sporting goods store nearby. Overall it's pretty good👍 and the hotel is very new and the service is also very good.
