The variety of food was good for breakfast and dinner. The variety of baths was just right. The room was well laid out and spacious for three people to enjoy! I would like to come back again.

A large hotel in Ikaho Onsen with a large hot spring bath, Japanese style rooms, and a small amount of food, but it is quite large for the town.

The hot springs are great and the hotel facilities are also very good. It is a hot spring hotel worth visiting

A super awesome hot spring hotel. The front desk and staff in various areas are very warm and considerate. We booked a Japanese-style room, which is super big. It is no problem to do free gymnastics in it. After dinner, the staff helped us lay out the cloth, which was so soft and comfortable. We also saw the beautiful and warm sunrise the next morning. After arriving at the hotel, we added a buffet dinner (unfortunately, the Kaiseki meal set was already booked). It was the first time to experience pushing a cart to get the buffet and making marshmallows by myself. The selection was very rich and the food was delicious. After dinner, we added a hot spring project, which was semi-open-air. It was a super experience and fun. The hotel room rate also includes two breakfast buffets. The variety of breakfast is very rich. It turns out that natto and raw eggs are so delicious when added to rice. The freshly made pancakes here are also very delicious, and the pudding is also superb. You can also see koi when soaking your feet on the first floor. In short, it is a great and unforgettable experience!

The staff were very friendly and I was able to relax in a spacious and clean room. There were many different types of baths, so it was the perfect place to stay for bath lovers.

The air conditioner in the room and the light were broken. The coffee machine for the morning hike wasn't ready yet, so all the guests were waiting. I told the staff that it would be ready in about 5 minutes. The staff were whispering something and didn't seem to be in a hurry.

I lost my wallet, but when I called the front desk, they responded immediately. It took about 20 minutes to walk from Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps.

The hotel room is a bit old and stains can be seen on the tatami in the toilet. The buffet is good Paying HKD 2000 for one room and two meals is really not worth it.

There are many types of baths, and you can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. Since I had children with me, the buffet-type dinner and breakfast were helpful. Of course, there were many delicious menu items for adults as well. I think the amenities are a little weak.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good. Check-in is super fast. The hotel room is spacious and four adults can stay together without any problem. The breakfast and evening buffets are delicious. Private hot springs (up to 3 people) and private family hot springs (up to 6 people) can be rented. It is convenient for travelers who don’t want to go to public baths. The environment is very beautiful. There are six free parking lots with multiple parking spaces, which is very convenient!
