This apartment hotel was the perfect choice for our short family trip! The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was changed for every guest, and the floors were so clean we felt comfortable walking barefoot. Even the washing machine had no strange odors inside. The facilities were very family-friendly: the washing machine solved the problem of changing clothes for the kids, and the gas stove quickly heated water for washing up. The room also had enough tables, chairs, and wardrobes for storing luggage. The environment was peaceful, with a small garden downstairs that was lovely for an evening stroll. The indoor lighting was excellent, and ventilation was good, so it didn't feel stuffy at all. The service was especially thoughtful; my family forgot a charger, and the front desk proactively helped us out. They also kindly reminded us about gas usage precautions. The whole experience was meticulous and considerate, and my family praised my choice!

The location is very convenient. The elevator of the building can reach the subway station on the underground floor. The hotel is on the top floor of a relatively old building. It is relatively quiet and the room is well soundproofed. The room is quite spacious and has a washing machine that can wash but not dry. All the equipment is relatively new. The toilet and bathroom are separated, but very close, which is a good design. The front desk service is enthusiastic. They will help if there are not enough hangers and will also help to delay check-out.

This hotel offers great value for money, located in the heart of Futian, very close to Excellence Center. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing good ventilation and natural light, making it feel very refreshing. I had a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen!
