Our weekend stay at the Shenzhen St. Regis hotel was truly delightful. The hotel exudes elegance, featuring a stunning lobby on the 96th floor. The decor is mesmerizing, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Shenzhen cityscape. The front desk and concierge teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by ”Ms Crystal Lieu”, who warmly greeted us at check-in. She introduced us to the hotel's surroundings, giving us a better understanding of Shenzhen's picturesque landscape. Crystal personally escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel's amenities with professionalism, warmth, and genuine helpfulness. A big applause to Crystal Lieu who has done a great job! We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.
