Ramada Hotels in Shenzhen

This hotel didn’t provide round trips from and to the railway station. It wasn’t clear on the hotel’s website. The front desk staff members were not knowledgeable. The amenities inside the room were okay but not convenient. It smelled very bad right outside of the hotel (sewage) on the entrance of the facility. Definitely not recommend it.

The hotel is old and overpriced. We booked a large room. It was full of mold, smelled like cigarettes and dirty. They took us to another room down the hall. It was dirty and full of black mold, too. Finally we went to an “updated” room that was much smaller than what we booked. It did not have carpet and was a bit cleaner but there was still mold all in the shower and bathroom. All the rooms need a deep cleaning with bleach. Breakfast was fine. There is no pool. It looks like the pool hasn’t been used in a long time. They only positive was the service from the front desk. They really tried their best, unfortunately the pictures online are Not the reality. I would NOT stay here again.
