Hyatt Regency Hotels in Shenzhen

The staff at the front desk are helpful and can communicate in basic English. This is our first time staying in this hotel and in this area; they offered to upgrade our suite to SeaView. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but can improve in their speed in tidying up the rooms.

My first pleasant surprise upon arriving in Shenzhen was courtesy of Hyatt. A big thank you to Nini and Lesley for their warm welcome during check-in. The room itself held even more thoughtful comforts: the floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the airport's streamlined roof, and in the evening, I could watch planes taking off and landing, bathed in the glow of the sunset. The minibar was well-stocked, and even the pillows were customized to my preferred firmness. For transit guests, the gym and indoor pool were perfect for both releasing some endorphins and escaping the intense summer heat. The next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again to transform a rushed trip into a moment embraced by comfort and tranquility.
