Hotels in Buji Subdistrict and Shenzhen East Railway Station, Shenzhen

Traveling with my family, we were upgraded to a twin room. It was incredibly spacious, and the midday sun streamed in, making it very bright. It was also spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. The front desk staff provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service. This hotel is definitely a good option near Shenzhen East Station.

The stay was a perfect experience! The hotel is incredibly quiet. Although it's in the city center, it's completely noise-free. The soundproofing is excellent. The cleaning lady kept the room spotless every day and even made sure to put slippers in place. What a thoughtful touch. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, making it a perfect place for a business trip. It's already on my list of regular hotels!

The location is good, few minutes to the subway station, there are some restaurant/coffee shop nearby. I believe a crowd of HK travelers may make the staff felt tired, due to the Easter Holiday in HK. The one male staff who checked the last 2 rooms in is not nice and I asked him where was the restroom, he was totally ignored me, until my sister in law repeated my question. I would like to complaint about the breakfast time, the café was fully occupied, no more seat available at the moment. The receptionist is helpless, did not offer a help. I think the hotel need to think about it how to handle if the hotel was running full, but the capacity of café is not enough. This happen is not only on me, also for the other in house guest. The room is large and clean, not noisy, the service staff is very friendly, there are many delicious options nearby, and it is very close to the subway station and high-speed rail station, with convenient transportation. It is highly recommended

The hotel's underground parking is super convenient, and there are plenty of charging stations, even for slow charging. I always check in late, and the front desk staff are consistently amazing. They always proactively upgrade me to a bigger room, and this time they even gave me breakfast vouchers. Even though I didn't get to use them, that kind of thoughtfulness really makes you feel welcome. The room was clean, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. I particularly love the mattress; it's a godsend for anyone with poor sleep quality – I fall asleep instantly every time. The hotel's design is truly impressive; the sky view when you open the window is absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are pleasant and inviting. The hotel entrance is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. There are also lots of restaurants and shops in the nearby mall. I highly recommend this hotel!

The service and hygiene of the store are very good. I brought my mobile phone to the front desk of the hotel. They called me specifically and helped me save it for three days. I came to pick it up today and decisively helped. I gave it a good review. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk. She was very considerate and even helped me with my mobile phone. After disinfection, I put it in a special sealed bag. To my surprise, it is very convenient to eat nearby and the hotel is also very soundproof.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a solid five-star rating! The toiletries were of excellent quality and felt great to use. They offer both Chinese and Western breakfast options, featuring fresh ingredients and delicious taste. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to fulfill our requests, which made us feel exceptionally well looked after. The location is also superb, with very convenient transport links nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

As a foreigner, please note that the hotel staff doesn’t speak english. Feel free to use a translator. The hotel location is top-notch: 30 minutes from Shenzhen station, Futian Station and 40 minutes from Shenzhen North station by subway. It’s less than 10 minutes for Shenzhen East station. There are many restaurants and snack shops downstairs (Luckin coffee is a 4 minutes walk). The hotel provides a sweet night snack (bubble tea, sweet soup).

I am very satisfied with this hotel overall. It is very close to Buji Metro Station and is right on the road, which is quite easy to find. The main reason is that at this price, you can stay in a hotel with separate toilets and showers and a full-length mirror, and you have to swipe your card to get on the elevator. The front desk is also more responsible. Anyone who looks unfamiliar will ask which room to go to. It is very comfortable and safe to stay! If you come to Buji next time, you will stay here hahahaha
