Our stay was nothing but peaceful, the whole place was sparkling clean . And we had a quick check in and the receptionist was very kind , led us into our room and explained all details in the room .

We had a very lovely stay here, the sound of waves was so relaxing and we were so close to the beach. The staff were very attentive to our requests - special mention to our cleaning lady and Steven. If you'd like a respite from the city life I highly recommend this place! There's another hotel nearby called 白房子 though, but it's not as close to the sea so make sure not to get mixed up.

If you live in Hong Kong and wish to travel further away from the city, Santorini hotel is probably one of the best get away places. A little hidden Greece getaways with a wonderful view coupled with the best fusion of Chinese and Western food makes this place an amazing destination to relax and chill. Service was amazing, there were primary two staff in charge, they reply to promptly, extremely helpful and also very patient with us; if you need anything from them, they would absolutely help you without a doubt!!!! Honestly amazing!!! The room was exactly the same as seen in the photos as advertised, pretty big to two people to stay in, they usually change the amenities everyday, keep it extremely clean and sanitary. A 10/10!! Would definitely come back again!!!! Lovely experience!!!

I booked the room with the sea view, at least on my booking it was shown that I will be able to see all the view, however in the reality it wasn't, I saw just a small part of it (attach photo) and I paid even more than my friends who had rooms with a view. I talked with stuff, however they couldn't solve my problem as it was holiday and hotel was fully booked, they even didn't offer me discount or something which left very bad impression.

The staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. Recommended for friends or families to travel. The only drawback is that the bathroom in the room is a bit slow to drain.

The bathtub with an ocean view was the highlight—soaking while listening to music from the built-in panel was pure relaxation. Plus, the ceiling projector turned the room into a private cinema, perfect for unwinding at night. Food was another plus! The stay included a delicious breakfast, a teatime snack, and an after-dinner dessert, all well-prepared and satisfying. Staff were amazing and patient. Our villa was clean and spacious! Front desk was very accommodating! Breakfast was great with various options and they even extended the hours. Package came with photos, afternoon tea,and tour. Highly recommend. Its right on the beach! And the views were amazing even on a cloudy day! The photographer was amazing! Our tour was really fun even though it was just on the hotel grounds. Overall we loved the experience and the stay! Only problem was we couldn't take showers at the same time or the water would cut off. Staff said theyd fix the problem. I will definitely be hosting my birthday here in May.

The 202 room was so beautiful and we loved the most was the bath tub, looked so amazing. Besides, the view and the design of the room were so lovely, such as the in room music and movie projector which made our experience more romantic! What’s more, the services was so great that lighten up our journey! It was my wife’s birthday day and the house keepers would make B day decor to surprise my wife. Although the location of the hotel was far, the house keepers would make plans and contact taxi for us that’s really considerable of them! Thank you for visiting this hotel and we will definitely suggest to our friends who is also looking for amazing, unique, romantic staycaction!!!

But the hot water was inadequate and very slow, both in the shower room and in the baths, the bath water wasn’t hot enough, it was a bit tricky and quite cold in the winter. The owner is warm and kind, will answer carefully to help you, breakfast can be delivered to the room very good. The location is not very convenient, but there are restaurants nearby, in and out by call car.
