Hotels in Yantian District Government/Shatoujiao, Shenzhen

Facilities: The hotel is located within walking distance of a subway station. There's a 'Weixianjia' nearby, though I didn't visit it during my stay. The hotel entrance is not very prominent, but the reception lobby is clean and beautiful. The bathroom in the room lacked a proper door; instead, it had an automatic curtain for privacy. The toilet and shower shared a common door that couldn't close completely, allowing water to spray out from the gaps when showering. Cleanliness: The lobby was clean, quiet, and beautiful, clearly indicating it's a relatively new establishment. Prior to check-in, I requested a room away from the KTV. Due to a hotel computer issue, a receptionist personally escorted us to our room, mentioning they had specifically arranged a second-floor room, further from the KTV. However, upon entering the room, there was a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor, the bathtub was wet, and the hand soap dispenser was empty. I saw a cleaning cart outside our door, so I took a mop to clean it myself. I also had to ask the cleaning staff for new supplies. Environment: I booked a sea view room but was assigned to the second floor. While the sea was visible, the view was marred by a large section of corrugated iron roofing from the hotel's canopy and some rubbish, which was quite unappealing. The sea view from the front desk was actually much nicer than from my room. Service: The front desk staff explained how to collect food deliveries, and their attitude was pleasant. In the evening, while picking up my takeout, I inquired about a late check-out. The room key card stated a 2 PM check-out, but the staff informed me that was an old policy and the standard check-out was 12 PM. I asked if a late check-out was possible. The night shift colleague said they would make a note for the morning shift and assured us that if no one called by 11 AM to remind us to check out, it meant our late check-out until 1 PM had been arranged. As no calls were received after 11 AM, we assumed the late check-out was confirmed. However, at 12 PM sharp, a staff member knocked loudly and urgently on our door, pressuring us to check out. When I explained the conversation with the night shift colleague, the morning staff claimed they had received no such notification. They then stated they had made several calls, but no one answered. The crucial point is that the room phone never rang. The staff even questioned if we had placed the phone incorrectly. They informed us that a 1 PM late check-out was not possible and then explained the charges for late check-out. Consequently, we agreed to vacate the room as quickly as possible, by 12:30 PM. This was an unprecedented experience in all my hotel stays. Furthermore, the afternoon tea supposedly included in our package was never offered, even by the time we checked out. It felt as if we were being treated like we were trying to take advantage. Being loudly knocked on and rushed out of a room for the first time left a very unpleasant impression. Front desk staff and services are exceptional, wonderful hospitality experience in the five star hotel

As soon as you enter the door, you will be overwhelmed by the unparalleled sea view. The room was decorated in a high-end style. The only downside is that the floor is quite low, and with the curtains open, you can see everything downstairs.

Great hotel, best sea view. Building is old but good taken care. Only sea is not suitable for swimming at all. Just enjoy viewing. Location is great. All nearby, metro, restaurants, mall. Service is great.

Overall, there are no big mistakes. The room is very spacious and the sea view room has a good view. The hotel wifi requires SMS to be used. The front desk helped us with it. Thank you very much. However, the family members who stayed in the mountain view room said that the wind was so noisy all night that they could not sleep. After studying for a while in the morning, they discovered that the seam of the balcony window was not tight enough and they had to push it harder; a family member in another room said that The air conditioner was very loud and I didn't sleep well. There are really not many breakfast options but the taste is normal. There seemed to be some exams to be held in the hotel on the weekend of my stay, and the sound of students walking around in the morning was also obvious. Generally speaking, the hotel didn't do anything wrong, but everyone didn't sleep well, so they were in a state where they couldn't give high scores but were embarrassed to give low scores... The scenery over Wutong Pavilion is quite beautiful and worth going up to see. look. There is a shopping mall with supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. It is a short walk to the subway station but not too far.

The house facilities are very complete, the sanitation is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, the hotel waiters are very good, they answer all questions and sometimes give reference suggestions for tourists. The overall feeling is very good. I give a big thumbs up. I will come again if I have the chance in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and well managed. The room is quite big. The simple style makes people feel very comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel is not bad. There are few varieties but you can eat enough. There is a subway station 1-2 minutes away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and theaters downstairs. It is very convenient. There is a seafood street in two subway stops. It is very fast to go to Dameisha and Xiaomeisha in two or three stops. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to friends and relatives.

Generally a good hotel, the only downside is the hotel is a bit aged and urgently needed a refurbishment. Most of the room facilities are old and need urgent repair. A credit should be given to friendly front desk staff.

The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Shatoujiao Metro station and Chung Ying Street. There are also plenty of local eateries and cafes nearby. The hotel itself is quite new, and I sincerely hope they continue to maintain it well to keep it fresh and clean! Whenever I visit Shatoujiao, this is the only hotel I'll consider – I'd book it again without a moment's hesitation!

My stay here truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local dining and attractions. What really put our minds at ease, especially since we were driving, was the parking facility. Not only were there ample spaces and clear signage, but entry and exit were also incredibly smooth, so we didn't have to stress about finding a parking spot at all. The room was spotlessly clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed linens were incredibly soft and comfortable, and I had a wonderfully restful sleep with absolutely no street noise. Upon check-out, the staff even proactively asked for feedback on my stay. Their thoughtfulness in these small details was truly impressive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!
