Stayed in a very nice apartment hotel which gave it a homely and luxurious feel. The space is used reasonably. The housekeeper delivers things very quickly. I didn't expect that there is free hotel laundry service. They can deliver the clothes after they are washed. The front desk guy and girl also listened to all my needs patiently. There are robots to help deliver things. I think this hotel is really super awesome! Recommend, recommend, recommend! ! ! !

Shenzhen actually has such a quiet and peaceful place. The Hakka architectural complex B&B makes people feel like they are in a paradise, with a large room courtyard full of greenery and a place to sit and watch the clouds roll by. The room is comfortable and cozy. Living here not only allows you to enjoy the tranquility, but also experience elegant activities such as making tea and singing bowls, which makes you relax physically and mentally. The surrounding environment of the B&B is quite good. It is a community that is both traditional and innovative, full of life, with both markets and lion dances (it seems to be unicorn dances) and other activities. I will come again if I have the chance.

It was my first time to watch a concert in Shenzhen with my friends. After arriving at this hotel, I felt the warmth of home. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room. They also took the initiative to help with the luggage. The hotel room was large, the floor was high and the view was very good. The hotel was conveniently located and very close to Universiade by subway. It was cost-effective and I would come again next time.

Pingshan is far from my district but the high speed is only 16 to Longhua. Staycation does not need the Grand Skylight, and the comparable XINN is farther from the theater. Lots of great performances at the Pingshan Theater. Hotel has basic lobby, tea available, cafe and restaurant with set hours. Breakfast is mainland style, view solid. Room suite was amazing on a higher floor. Very clean and spacious. Check in gentleman bilingual and friendly. Can introvert in room if need be. Late checkout, Good price. What to do in Pingshan 15 minutes in each direction: Pingshan Theater, Karaoke at adjacent park, art gallery, Yi Bar and LiveHouse with great cover band, all excellent vibes. Highly suggest a local dinner at the 兮食餐厅 in the Hakka Village old area (15 minutes) or the cafe 500 meters from theater (quite busy). Construction of Pinshan a trait.

Sitting by the lake, gazing at the moon, one can truly savor the serene mountain breeze and the bright moonlight, evoking a deep sense of tranquility and poetic beauty. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite comprehensive. They provide a convenient buggy service, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained – perfectly sufficient even for frequent business travelers. Breakfast is a delicious buffet. The hotel itself offers a wide array of activities: you can pick longans from the abundant trees, enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the lake, relax with a book at the quaint book cafe, play chess, or simply watch the ducks and swans. It's a truly joyful and peaceful experience. **Service:** The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Services like room upgrades and shuttle transfers were handled flawlessly.

I was surprised to learn that a deposit was required upon check-in, even though I had already fully paid for my stay. Most hotel do not has this practice now, it takes extra time to process this during check-in / check-out.

Overall ideal, staff friendly. The breakfast is good and children's tableware is provided. There was a bit of smoke smell when entering the lobby, and the non-smoking floors and rooms also smelled of smoke.

The location is super convenient, it takes 8 minutes to walk to the subway station, and there is no worry about eating and shopping around. The room was clean and bright, the decoration of the orange elements was very design, not rigid at all. The bedding is soft and comfortable, sleeps particularly soundly, and the sound insulation is much better than expected. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. I sent free orange welcome candy. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!
