What a pleasant surprise! I didn't expect this hotel to offer such outstanding value for money. The room, at over 50 square meters, was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all amenities. What truly exceeded my expectations was the bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and spotless! The sea view was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, it was continuously overcast and rainy during my three-day stay, so I missed out on seeing the clear blue sky and a beautiful sunrise. That's why I absolutely must return! Both the hotel's Western buffet breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. On my second evening, I also dined at the Chinese restaurant and was equally impressed. It offered great value for money, the food was delicious and hygienic, and the decor created a clean and comfortable environment. A definite must-return!

the room is excellent, nice & the facilities are good but providing more towels will be perfect. however, the ground areas is very bad as all the shops are closed with blockage of temporary plastic barriers as just like a dead place. also, the external common area is very bad as no one to take care, it's all wear and tear.

Very well decorated,stylish, and new hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in a residential building full of other service apartments. The building itself looks old, and due to it's location, a lot of them are vacant. Da Xiao Mei Sha's peak visiting season is summertime, and we went during Nov timing, so it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself has only opened for a month, so everything was very nice and new but due to the same reason they do not provide breakfast service. The staff was very nice and helpful by decorating the room with balloons on request as it was a birthday celebration before we arrived at the room. We were assigned a ”butler” and can be reached anytime, even before our arrival date, every day before 12 am, and answer any question we had. We were offered dessert as a welcoming treat, and snacks like mini cupcakes and crackers were prepared in the room and the communal area at their ”lobby.” The hotel provides Atelier Cologne toiletries, which were nice and luxury. The room was very spacious, and our specific room type had a bath in the bedroom in front of our window. However, we figured that people from the other side of the building might be able to see me bath, so we will have to close the curtains, defeating the purpose of having a bath with seaview unless u enter with clothes. One minor downside was that the fridge was not working and was unable to keep our birthday cake chilled. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10 for the room itself, but they might still need a little more time to improve on small details, gaining experience from things that they might encounter with guests. After all, it is one of the most expensive hotels besides the international chained hotels. I would still recommend this hotel, and we can the staff are passionate about providing the best service, I am sure they will be able to fine-tune things soon.

Squeezing in a last-minute getaway, hehe😁 As many reviews noted, check-in was quite slow. However, I could tell the front desk attendant was genuinely putting in a lot of effort to find an available room and assign a suitable one. We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade too. While waiting in line for check-in, a staff member offered us drinks and small pastries. Since it was already past 4 PM and we were quite tired upon arrival, this gesture was very thoughtful. The seawater was indeed nice. From the balcony, you could see the free public park teeming with swimmers until very late at night. The waves were strong and quite high, and the kids had a blast. We even spotted small fish occasionally when diving underwater. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful and very enjoyable to swim in. The indoor one, however, felt just so-so. The kids' play area was closed, so our main focus was playing in the ocean waves. The information mentioned that dinner reservations were required, but tables were only held until 6 PM. Six o'clock, however, is the perfect time to enjoy the evening and witness the most beautiful sunset. So, making a reservation felt rather pointless; you could just go directly. Also, the weekend meal supplement was a bit pricey: 428 for adults, and 249 for children between 1.2-1.4 meters tall. The dishes were quite plentiful, with the most expensive item, small lobsters, limited to half a lobster per person. It felt more like we were paying for the ambiance than just the food. Furthermore, the package included breakfast for two adults and one child, but the child had to be under 1.2 meters tall. I felt that children under 1.2m are typically offered breakfast for free anyway, so explicitly stating it was 'included for one child' felt a bit like feigned generosity. However, there was a special discount if you added breakfast at the front desk. Exiting the hotel lobby, if you turn right and walk up the road, you'll reach a seaside boardwalk where the water is even greener. It's about a 2km walk to Xiaomeisha, a nice option for those who enjoy strolling. The travel photography service, highly praised in many reviews, was indeed great at teaching us how to pose. However, the 'fine-tuned' editing seemed to be mostly one-click beautification and wasn't really necessary; I would have preferred just the original photos. Overall, if you're not particularly price-sensitive, you can definitely have a fantastic holiday experience here. A big thank you again for the room upgrade, which significantly enhanced our stay! 😄🥰

The hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

My experience began when I first step foot on the front entrance. The bell boy was nice to help carrying my luggage when I got off the taxi. Once I presented by ID to the reception, the lady swiftly found my booking without needing me to present further cap screen from my phone. She was clear on all the details such as location of restaurants, time for breakfast, etc. The room is big and very clean, the staff (gentleman) who led us to the room explained thoroughly on the event of that day, especially recommended the fire dance at night. The facilities such as the pools are well maintained with sufficient number of lifeguards. The beach was well groomed with great sand texture. All the staff, including those opening the door on LG/F was friendly with smile, giving me a feeling that they really enjoyed working in MGM. Definitely a 5-star experience and will come back again.

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

A very pleasant staying experience overall. The room is smaller than expected, but the two single beds are big enough for two adults plus two children sleeping. A little noise can be heard from the street at midnight. One of the two guest elevators was in service, which did cause some extra waiting time for a little bit of inconvenience, but that's okay. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food selections, and the food quality is good, too.

Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel boasts beautiful, peaceful surroundings, complete with a lovely, inviting pool. All the amenities were comprehensive and excellent. The thoughtful breakfast and afternoon tea service truly made us feel at home. It's definitely worth a return visit!

I booked a hotel on the spur of the moment the day before the trip. According to the reviews, the renovated ones are better. It was originally the place where ZTE Corporation usually stayed for training. I think it is OK to use it to receive tourists during holidays. Facilities: Renovated, small area, but acceptable Hygiene: Average, after all, you can't ask for a five-star hotel at this price, I can accept it Environment: Very good! It is on the mountain, relatively independent, not so messy. If it is in the apartments opposite Dameisha, I think it is very messy, especially with children. It is OK to walk to Dameisha Seaside Park, which is not very far Service: This can only be said to be average. The point of complaint is that parking is particularly inconvenient. The front desk is far from the room. The rooms are separated into several buildings. You have to go through the stairs, which is particularly unfriendly, especially when we are with children in strollers, going up and down the stairs. The shuttle buses are not always available. The only place where the experience is not good.
