Great facilities. Paid a fraction more for club lounge access and it was worth it. Amazing gym! Super friendly atmosphere with approachable staff. Metro station is literally a stones throw away. Absolute highlight was the CNY lion dance.

We stayed 2 nights , everything was fantastic , specially the breakfast, good variety and delicious. jimmy was super kind and helpful . Only 1 thing I have to complain about the time in the outdoor swimming pool , it’s open at 14:30 and most of the sun shine is gone could be better to open it early to enjoy the sun bathing as well. But the pool is gorgeous and big

A hotel with the best value and facilities! The room is spacious, clean, new, and comfortable, with large windows that make it feel fresh and bright with natural sunlight. The facilities are very modern — they even have automatic curtains, which is super high-tech! The reception staff speak fluent English, which is really helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center, but at least it’s still quite close to a metro station. Close to the airport, so you’ll get the best view of planes passing by.

I chose this hotel because I was flying, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a great location, very close to the airport. The rooms are well-maintained, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer an express check-out service where you just drop your room key card into the express check-out box, which is very quick and saves you from waiting in line. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The cleanliness was average, the side bed by the window had multiple stains and hair. There was also used tissue on the kitchen counter and a dirty disposable towel on the kitchen sink and no tv. A few mosquitoes because of the balcony for being open before I checked in but I used the bug repellent in the room and I was fine after two bites😂 The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was nice, everything else was great and the staff is friendly too.

We went to Shenzhen fair , the hotel near from the fair 10 minutes walk , the people very helpful , they helped me to get the room before 12:00 🕛 , very good and clean hotel ❤️

The hotel is integrated with Wanfeng Seacoast City, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, which is convenient for two people to use simultaneously.

My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that were truly refreshing. The soft and comfortable bed ensured I enjoyed a high-quality sleep every night. The hotel's dining service also deserves special mention. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering everything from fresh fruits to hot Western breakfast items, and the taste was superb. For dinner, I chose the hotel's restaurant, and the dishes were exquisite with rich flavors – truly a wonderful culinary experience. In addition, the hotel's fitness facilities and swimming pool were excellent, allowing me to keep up with my workouts even during a busy itinerary. The staff's service attitude was consistently excellent, always ready to cater to my needs. Overall, this five-star hotel, with its outstanding service, comfortable environment, and comprehensive facilities, made my trip truly enjoyable and relaxing. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, I would highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

They had good service , the hotel room was very clean & had no smell. Reception and the other staff could not speak English nor understand my requests , but after showing them sample of getting an extra blanket because it was cold , the request was resolved quickly, they where really friendly and was happy to help.

The environment and facilities of the newly opened hotel are very good. I stayed in a room of more than 90 square meters. The price is very good and it is worth staying again. There are many places to eat around. The clean and tidy room, smart and convenient facilities, free and rich breakfast, the price-performance ratio is directly full! The service is not discounted at all. You will love it after staying here. I will choose this place again on my next business trip!
