Our family holiday to Shenzhen with the kids was made truly special by an accommodation experience that far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, featuring premium bedding that ensured a perfect night's sleep. The ambiance was elegant and serene, the lobby grand, and all public areas were equally delightful. The front desk staff were efficient and professional, ensuring a swift check-in. Room service was incredibly responsive, and all employees were warm, thoughtful, and demonstrated meticulous care in every detail. The authentic Cantonese dim sum was absolutely delicious. During my recent trip, I stayed at a five-star hotel, and the overall experience truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, right in the city center, with numerous shopping and dining options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Upon entering, the spacious and opulent lobby immediately left a lasting impression. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that were truly refreshing. The soft and comfortable bed ensured I enjoyed a high-quality sleep every night. The hotel's dining service also deserves special mention. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering everything from fresh fruits to hot Western breakfast items, and the taste was superb. For dinner, I chose the hotel's restaurant, and the dishes were exquisite with rich flavors – truly a wonderful culinary experience. In addition, the hotel's fitness facilities and swimming pool were excellent, allowing me to keep up with my workouts even during a busy itinerary. The staff's service attitude was consistently excellent, always ready to cater to my needs. Overall, this five-star hotel, with its outstanding service, comfortable environment, and comprehensive facilities, made my trip truly enjoyable and relaxing. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, I would highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

The Hilton Hotel is excellently situated near the convention center. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the exhibition halls when there are ongoing exhibition which is a strong plus for attendees. There is also a park within walking distance which runs along the river. The breakfast buffet serves a good variety of delicious food which is a notch above the typical hotel breakfast. However, the most impressive thing from the hotel is the customer centric service from the hotel staff. The room is spacious, and there's plenty of hot water! The Wi-Fi is excellent! It's conveniently located near Shenzhen Airport and Bao'an Exhibition Center, making it an ideal choice for exhibition attendees. On the downside, dining options in the vicinity are limited, and supermarkets are scarce, requiring a twenty-minute walk to reach one. The metro station isn't too far away, but it is quite a distance from downtown Shenzhen.

Great service 05 They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon. Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick. Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient. Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels. Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

## Location & Transportation An 8-minute walk from Guozhan North Station on Metro Line 20, and about a 20-minute taxi ride to Bao'an Airport at night. The location is quite convenient. ## Room Environment Our deluxe king room offered garden views from its floor-to-ceiling windows. It was exceptionally quiet at night with no noise, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. ## Business Amenities The self-service laundry machines on each floor are available 24/7, which is very convenient. ## Breakfast Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM. They offer a selection of Chinese and Western light options, a freshly made noodle station, and various coffee and beverage choices, perfect for all guests, including busy professionals. If you need to leave early, just inform the front desk in advance, and they can prepare a packed breakfast by 6:30 AM. How thoughtful! ## Service Attitude Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming. They even called to confirm my arrival time before check-in. Requests for extra power outlets or replenished amenities were handled promptly. The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the Exhibition Center. I will definitely book here again!

The hotel is located on a high floor, offering excellent views. A shopping mall is conveniently situated right downstairs, and traditional Cantonese restaurants are also abundant in the vicinity, making both dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also quite close to the exhibition center. The rooms are clean and spacious. For breakfast, all the common varieties are available, and the taste is good. One suggestion: the TV had frequent prompts for member registration, which could be toned down.

My stay at Puyin Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations. The lobby is grand and sophisticated; the moment I stepped in, I was immediately impressed by its wonderful ambiance. The rooms are equally elegant and stylish, all designed in a New Chinese style with bamboo weaving and many eco-friendly elements, an aesthetic I personally adore. The room itself is very spacious with an open view, and I particularly loved the floor-to-ceiling windows with a comfortable lounging area nearby. All the facilities are also brand new. What truly left a deep impression were the unique 'Warm Sun Tea' and 'Throat Soothing Tea' provided. The tea bags offered an authentic fragrance and were incredibly comforting to drink. After a tiring day out, a cup of Warm Sun Tea helped me recharge. In the evening, when my throat felt a bit dry, the Throat Soothing Tea came in perfectly handy. It felt as thoughtful and caring as being at home – a truly superb experience! The hotel also features a laundry room and a gym. They offer complimentary laundry service; if you need to do laundry, you can notify the staff, and they will collect your clothes, thoughtfully fold them, and return them to your room. This gesture is incredibly thoughtful. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again for my next trip. Compared to some other hotels, this one offers much better value for money.

They had good service , the hotel room was very clean & had no smell. Reception and the other staff could not speak English nor understand my requests , but after showing them sample of getting an extra blanket because it was cold , the request was resolved quickly, they where really friendly and was happy to help.
