We stayed here the week before CNY. It was a quiet and pleasant stay. The train station is just beside the hotel entrance. A very convenient location.

I just stayed and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated, giving a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with a smile. It is close to the MRT station and there are plenty of food options in the area. It is also about 15.6 kilometers from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back in the future!

The hotel is far from the city center but 20 minutes by car from Shenzhen airport and has a bus stop and 2 metro stations nearby so transport is convenient. People in the hostel are nice and friendly and willing to help.

I was very satisfied here, it has great quality for cost. The area is more removed from the center but there is an express metro so it's not a big issue. Planes fly over occasionally but with windows closed you barely notice it. The area is new, clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths, like a giant park. There are several good food places at the metro station and it's a short ride to malls and supermarkets. The air is very good, I never had trouble breathing like in the city center. The room is clean and pleasant, staff come to clean every day, management is friendly and helpful, they reply instantly on wechat, it has translation so language is no issue. I rarely heard neighbor noise, there was never any smells or bugs, the room stays warm in the winter and the shower gets hot instantly. There is a lot of sun light but you can make it dark, I slept great despite jet lag, there is good mood light, the wifi is fast and the tv is big and new. I think for the low price and high quality it's definitely worth spending some extra time on the metro.

The room I booked for a trip is relatively quiet and close to the subway. The service is very good, the front desk and the guest rooms are very welcoming, and the breakfast variety is also rich. The only drawback is that the room has a strong odor, which may be a common problem in many windowless rooms. After paying to upgrade to other rooms, the smell is barely acceptable. It is recommended that the windowless room can add an aromatherapy machine to reduce the odor.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and friendly. The location is a little away from Baoan centre but you can always take a taxi. The location is in a newly built area where the massive convention centre is situated. It's a very quiet area so little life is present. It's a nice place to relax away from the busy areas.

I am so happy for staying here for 3 days. In one words it was amazing! Girls on the front desk were so professional! The apartment on the high level! Neighborhood has everything you need! The main problem was location. It is far from center. But for me it wasn’t that much problem! I can rate this stay 10/10

Had a very good stay. The apartment is eqipped with everything you need, towels, hygiene articles, etc. It was clean, comfortable and convenient, which I didn't expect for that price. Especially the bathroom was nice ans the beds were comfortable. There was even a small balcony with a washing machine. Unfortunately it was hard to find the place because there were no signs outside with the name of the place. When I entered, the reception girl downstairs didn't know this hotel - there were 2 hotels in this building and she didn't know this place and didn't want to help. So I left to find this place, just to come back again and then she finally remembered and understood, that the reception for this place is on the 3rd floor. And they should fix the toilet flushing, it always makes the toilet seat wet.

The hotel is very close to the convention center, about a 10-minute walk away, and the subway is also convenient. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and there is a robot that can only deliver food! Good reviews!
