Anybody who deals with Huaqiangbei,this is his location !tricky to find the entrance but as soon you see the big poster about the sinopec gas station :Strategic ressources ,look for a low rise yellow building behind ,and that’s it !

The stay was fantastic and the room is big and clean. Location is very near to most malls and electronic malls. Staffs are friendly especially Susan who helped me on my late check out. Tina was also friendly with the check out and it was seamless. Will recommend this hotel and will stay here in my next visit.

A Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows. The Pros: What I Loved · Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable: · A nice, comfortable bed. · A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge. · A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay. · A large screen TV. · Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement · Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue. · Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning. · Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables. · We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces). · On our final day, no one came to clean at all. · The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel. · Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own. · Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content. Verdict: This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room.

Absolutely fantastic! Having frequently stayed at Atour hotels for business trips in the past, I already had a high level of trust and appreciation for their brand. This trip was a family vacation, and Shenzhen was our first stop. This hotel gave me the best experience of our entire journey. First off, I highly recommend trying the complimentary afternoon tea (provided with our Ctrip booking) if you have the time. Each person gets a portion, and it was surprisingly delicious, featuring small Cantonese dim sum items. Regarding laundry, the weather during our stay was extremely hot; even a short stroll outside would leave us drenched in sweat. As a result, many guests were doing laundry, creating a queue. An Atour staff member then proactively approached us and offered, ”Room 6, we'll wash and dry your clothes and deliver them to your room.” This was incredibly thoughtful and a truly considerate gesture. Finally, I must mention its location. It's literally a 10-meter walk from the subway exit, haha! You read that right, not 100 meters, but just 10 meters – just across the road. Incredibly convenient! A short walk further leads you directly to Huaqiangbei Shopping Mall and its bustling commercial street.

The hotel's overall service was excellent, and its location is fantastic. It's conveniently situated near an electronics market, with plenty of dining options close by. All the hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Location is superb, very close to eateries, shopping malls. Travelling around is super convenient. Service is super good. Super prompt replies on wechat when I request for amenities. Not stingy on giving amenities. I am super amazed and impressed that they offer kid tooth brush and slippers. I will definitely come back and stay again if I ever come shenzhen again. We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room we booked is like a studio apartment with mimi kitchen (no crockery and cutlery are provided) sitting area with sofa and tv projector( free to watch all channels, movies and varieties show from china), a small study table and king bed. The layout is good except for the washroom. Its a bit squeezy for a big sized man. Our floor is on 23th floor non smoking. As for location, it is good. There is supermart （河马先生），famous tim sum restaurant, macdonald and local eateries. All these shops are directly below the apartment. A short walk to mrt exit A 燕南. There is a walmart outlet not far away. I certainly need to praise XiaoLin for his help during our stay. He arranged for the didi driver to carpark B2 to transfer us to another hotel. There was a typhoon on that day. Very heavy rain but we did not get drenched at all. Many thanks to his help to communicate to the driver to carpark n load our luggage. Pls do go to lvl 10th for check in. U will see Ms Zhang and XiaoLin. Both are very helpful and attentive to our requests. By the way, pls go to the lift lobby opposite macdonald to level 10th for check in. This location is near futian n huaqiiangbei.
