Two items to improve: 1. buffet requires great improvement. Food is not kept warm enough, fried eggs should be fried fresh instead of laying out cold 2. staff upgraded room type from a single bed to double beds, as one guest had cold, however would be great to put on a smile i/o responding as AI Overall, great experience with the Hotel, which positions next to the few vibrating shopping malls, as well as 2 green parks. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The handsome guy ZZ at the lobby reception was warm, patient and attentive. Although the room was not big, it was clean and tidy. In the central area of ​​Shenzhen, this price is quite cost-effective. I will choose this place again when I come here later.

I came to Futian Meilin on a business trip and chose this Xi'an Hotel. This hotel is conveniently located, with convenient public transportation and subway nearby, a comfortable and quiet environment, attentive and enthusiastic front desk service, complete and modern facilities, and clean and tidy hygiene. It is an ideal choice for business trips.

The second time I stayed, there was a restaurant downstairs. The TV video said that guests could get discounts, but it turned out to be a long time ago and it had nothing to do with the hotel so there was no discount. More than 200 yuan a night was still acceptable.

The apartment has no smoke-smell at all, unlike some other apartments which say non-smoking but somehow there is heavy smell of smoke, very suitable for families. All the staff including the front desk, cleaning ladies, etc are all very friendly. A large mall is just next to it with nice dim sum and basement with lots of food options, very convenient.

The service provided by the front desk lady Lili was excellent, and the check-in experience was perfect! She was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick.
