The room was thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed and nothing excessive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting created a cozy ambiance perfect for winding down after a long day. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. Signs from the high-speed rail station led us directly to the 46th-floor front desk, so finding the hotel was absolutely no problem. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, we were warmly greeted by Molly and Mia. After checking in, we entered our room to find it perfectly prepared: the air conditioning was on, main curtains drawn open, and sheer blinds neatly set, ready for our arrival. Housekeeping promptly brought up children's slippers, and even the repairmen we passed in the hallway offered warm greetings. The room itself wasn't huge, but the bathroom area was surprisingly spacious. While the breakfast selection wasn't as vast as some other hotels, every dish was exquisitely prepared. They even had local delights like douhua (tofu pudding) and steamed rice rolls (cheung fun). The hotel's Western pastries were incredibly appealing – truly the best I've tasted at any five-star hotel. I usually skip desserts, but I indulged quite a bit this time! I'm already planning to bring my child back during the winter break to visit the Science and Technology Museum and stay here again.

We had a great 4-night stay. The room was clean and spacious. Though shared washing machines were often occupied, upgrading to a room with one was worth it. A dryer would’ve been helpful. The hotel reception was courteous and helpful when suggesting some sightseeing. It is conveniently located to the metro. It would be nice to have some cups and coffee for foreigners, but there were some convenience stores close by.

That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas: The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard. The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead! While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

The room's soundproofing is exceptional – I couldn't hear a peep from next door, which is absolutely vital for business travelers needing deep rest! **Facilities:** Facilities are top-notch: a 120-inch giant screen with JBL surround sound delivers an immersive cinematic experience, backed by a frequently updated 4K content library. The smart control system is a huge bonus, allowing intelligent operation of curtains, lights, and AC. The 'zero-pressure' mattress provides perfect support, and even the complimentary slippers exceeded expectations in quality. The wet/dry separated bathroom boasts excellent water pressure, and hot water in 10 seconds is a lifesaver for those late nights! **Hygiene:** Cleanliness is impeccable and reassuring. Bedding was spotless, bathroom glass doors were free of water stains, and the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and odorless. A special shout-out: I even checked the AC vents, and they had been professionally cleaned – a detail often missed by many five-star hotels! **Service:** Service was outstanding. The front desk attendant was professional and efficient, getting me checked in within three minutes. The robot delivery system was incredibly quick – my late-night beer arrived in just five minutes! The most pleasant surprise was discovering I'd left my charging cable behind; a staff member from housekeeping proactively reached out and helped arrange for it to be sent to me via SF Express, COD. Such responsible and thoughtful service deserves major kudos! **Summary:** To sum it up, for a price range of 200-300 RMB, the facilities and service here are an absolute game-changer in Futian – truly unbeatable value. I've already recommended it to my entire project team as our designated hotel for Shenzhen business trips. Trust me, guys, book it!

Pengcheng Lijing Hotel is conveniently located, next to the Joy City Shopping Center and very close to the Shangmeilin subway exit. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and kind, the water pressure and air conditioning are sufficient, and the price-performance ratio is high. Great!

Hotel was conveniently close to the train station and close to local food places. Room was clean upon entry and staff also allowed me to check in early which was appreciated. The staff was very helpful as well and would stay again next time I am in this city.

I went to Hong Kong for business and originally planned to stay for only one night, but I found it more cost-effective to stay in Shenzhen the next day, so I extended my stay for another night. I think this is quite wise, because I don't need to go to Hong Kong the next day. You can't stay in such a good hotel in Hong Kong at three times the price. Although the room is not brand new, the bed and bedding are clean, and the room is clean and tidy. Overall, it is quite good. The meticulous and thoughtful service is another factor that makes people satisfied.
