Shenzhen NOA Hotel truly exceeded my expectations✨ Choosing the right hotel for this Shenzhen trip was crucial, and NOA delivered an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! First off, the location is incredible. It’s just a few minutes' walk to Sungang Metro Station, and directly opposite MixC Food Court, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It’s also super handy for cross-border travel, which is a huge plus for tourists! The industrial-style design is super chic, with concrete pillars and metallic accents, making it incredibly photogenic. The lobby, which doubles as a coffee bar, has a wonderfully relaxed vibe, a refreshing change from traditional hotels. The room, though not enormous, is incredibly well-laid out with ample storage space, easily accommodating luggage. The bedding and pillows are just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom's wet-and-dry separation is superb, with stable water pressure and consistent water temperature. The toiletries are also high-quality. The most delightful surprise, however, was the attention to detail: free high-speed WiFi, wireless charging, a mini-bar, and even small touches like corner protectors. You can tell they really put thought into it. The service was absolutely impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in incredibly efficient. They even proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local tips. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile, and housekeeping was prompt and responsive to any requests. It truly felt like a home away from home. I also have to commend DECK Restaurant & Bar on the ground floor. The welcome drink was fantastic, and the seafood fried rice and grilled meat platter were generous in portion and delicious – great value for money, and you don't even have to leave the hotel for a great meal. Whether it's for a business trip or a leisure vacation, NOA is my top choice in Shenzhen! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen, and I've already recommended it to my friends. I genuinely recommend it to everyone~

First off, check-out is officially at 2 PM according to hotel policy. So why did my room card stop working at noon? Also, when I went to the front desk to reactivate my card, I presented it and gave my name, only to be asked for my ID number. Staying at a hotel is supposed to be convenient, but this 'extra' step is really poor service. Furthermore, the attitude of the front desk staff this afternoon made me feel really uncomfortable, like I was being interrogated.

Xiao qi service is exceptional. In fact, all staff are very nice and friendly. Room are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Location of the hotel is very good, it's right next to a subway exit and a very good mall with plenty of food options. Room was large and clean, and comes with a mini fridge. The only thing I did not like was the shower area, the toilet is separated from the shower via a shower curtain, which was not enough to keep water inside the shower area. The staff here are friendly and sweet. 小静was very kind and helpful when checking me in and helping to get my parcels. Will still choose to stay here for future trips, can't beat the value and location.

An extremely unpleasant experience, terrible hygiene, and worrying service! I was already debating whether to leave a bad review, but being asked for a five-star review by the staff completely sealed it – I'm utterly speechless! There were used cotton swabs left on the bed from the previous guest, and the mouthwash cup had toothpaste stains from the last guest that didn't come off even after I scalded it with boiling water once. And then there's the hotel's ”service” from their operations staff! The check-in experience was extremely poor, I will never come back a second time. First, let's talk about the hygiene, it was perfunctory. There were used cotton swabs from the previous guest on the bed. After I reported this, they sent a cleaning lady who kept apologizing. At that point, I thought, fine, I won't make it difficult for them. But there was more. The mouthwash cup was even more disgusting. I scalded it with boiling water, but the toothpaste stains from the previous person were still firmly stuck to the cup wall; I couldn't even bring myself to use it. Paying to stay in a hotel, and they can't even guarantee basic cleanliness. I asked for a disposable cup to be sent up. Did anyone from your operations department come upstairs that evening to address a customer's concerns? Did you send a real person to bring me a cup? You sent a robot and then asked me for a ”five-star review”? I felt completely disrespected throughout. After discovering the hygiene issues and reporting them that evening, only the cleaning lady came. The responsible front desk or operations staff didn't even show their faces, and there wasn't even a proper apology that night. Is this your service attitude? Substandard hygiene and cold-shouldered service, you think a refund can just cover up the problems. Throughout, there was one young lady at the front desk who was quite good, and her service attitude was very nice during check-out. The cleaning lady also had a very good attitude. Good is good, bad is bad. I've stayed in hotels so many times and never experienced something like this. I hope the hotel seriously improves its entire hygiene and service procedures, faces the problems squarely, and doesn't just think that getting a good review after the customer checks out will make everything alright.

For my trip to Shenzhen, I spent a long time looking before choosing this LOFT hotel, and it didn't disappoint! It was a wonderful surprise. The front desk staff, both the young man and woman, had super friendly service. They gave me a small gift upon check-in, processed it quickly, and even brought my luggage up to the room. They answered all my questions, and when I needed an extra pillow at night, I messaged them on WeChat and it was delivered very promptly – excellent responsiveness! The only minor thing is that the location is a bit tricky to find, I had to walk around a bit. But thankfully, the front desk lady was very patient and even video-called me to guide me to the hotel. Based on this fantastic service, I definitely have to give them a glowing review!

The room I booked in advance was 340, but after I checked in at around 5pm, I found that the price had dropped to 250. The hotel refused to refund the difference, so be careful not to get ripped off. Also, the hygiene is not particularly good. There is urine in the toilet, ants in the bathroom gutter, and hair under the pillow. If the room was not new and on a high floor, the hygiene might be worse. Anyway, it is acceptable to stay here if the price is 250. 340 is a bit too much

The room was impeccably clean and tidy. Its location is a major plus, being very close to MixC Food City. An added bonus was the robot delivery service for items straight to the room.

I have to vent a little. During this stay, I found the TV remote in my room was a bit sticky. I called room service to replace it, and while they brought a new one quickly, I still grumbled a bit. But then, I was completely blown away! The hotel's location is super convenient; right outside the door is the subway station, making it effortless to get anywhere. The room view was absolutely stunning; just opening the curtains revealed the city's nightscape. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The service was impeccable; the bell staff proactively helped with luggage, and their attitude was warm and thoughtful. The coffee and freshly baked bread at breakfast were amazing, starting the day off with great energy. That little remote control incident was long forgotten; the overall experience was simply perfect. My only regret is that I only realized how great this place was after checking out, and when I wanted to extend my stay, there were no rooms available – that's probably the most 'annoying' part! Highly recommend, I'll definitely book in advance next time!

A long-established hotel in a well-established wealthy area of ​​Shenzhen, similar to the Government Guesthouse. It has a good location and ecological environment, and is in front of the Silver Lake Park. It has been renovated in the past few years, and the overall feel is historical but not outdated. Market-oriented management, service concept and attitude are very good, and the golf experience is also quite valuable~ The only shortcoming is that the swimming pool was demolished and a new building is being rebuilt. I hope the new building will be designed with an outdoor infinity swimming pool. In that case, the entire hotel will be taller and taller.
