Plus, being so close to the Sungang MTR station made getting around the city effortless. **The Rooms and Ambiance** The room itself, while not overly spacious, was well-designed and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Luohu. The location is very convenient, close to shopping areas and transport, making it easy to get around. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I recently visited this city for business and stayed at the Gapai Hotel. I honestly thought it would be just a standard business trip accommodation, but I ended up having an unexpectedly wonderful experience that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel lobby is conveniently located right by the main road, offering a very accessible location. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. They handled my check-in quickly and efficiently, and even thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and gave excellent recommendations for local dining spots.

Location of the hotel is very good, it's right next to a subway exit and a very good mall with plenty of food options. Room was large and clean, and comes with a mini fridge. The only thing I did not like was the shower area, the toilet is separated from the shower via a shower curtain, which was not enough to keep water inside the shower area. The staff here are friendly and sweet. 小静was very kind and helpful when checking me in and helping to get my parcels. Will still choose to stay here for future trips, can't beat the value and location.

The stay was excellent, from booking to check-out, the whole process was very smooth and pleasant. The sanitation of the hotel is impressive and every corner is cleaned spotlessly. The location of the hotel is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and warm, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, the waiter is very good, always smiling, people feel very kind. The decoration style of the hotel is also very distinctive, making people shine. The internet is fast and very practical for business people. The sound insulation effect is very good, the night is very quiet, you can feel the warmth of home at ease

The room I booked in advance was 340, but after I checked in at around 5pm, I found that the price had dropped to 250. The hotel refused to refund the difference, so be careful not to get ripped off. Also, the hygiene is not particularly good. There is urine in the toilet, ants in the bathroom gutter, and hair under the pillow. If the room was not new and on a high floor, the hygiene might be worse. Anyway, it is acceptable to stay here if the price is 250. 340 is a bit too much

The room was impeccably clean and tidy. Its location is a major plus, being very close to MixC Food City. An added bonus was the robot delivery service for items straight to the room.
