This is a small hotel. The location is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to a mall and metro exit A Sungang. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed sufficiently comfortable and two singles can be joined for an extra large king. Breakfast was good 4 star with a decent selection of western and Chinese. Noodle station available. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

Hotel design is chic and modern, amenities are of good quality, service is great. Hotel location is right next to a MixC Mall with a LOT of food options, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast is good enough for those who needs a quick meal, although there are plenty of food options around.

Clean and cozy hotel, well located near to subway, very close to the center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I liked the room type where you can sit next to the window.

We have a wonderful experience staying in this hotel! Upon arrival, the concierge handled our luggages with care and was attended by 农彩紅 at the front desk. She is super friendly and helpful in many aspects. She went the extra mile to let us inspect the room and helped us with some enquiries. The other hotel staff are friendly too. Our room is clean, big and comfortable. Love their high quality toiletries with lavender scent. Also like the separate bathroom and toilet for our preference. Truly an unexpected good experience staying in Mercure Shenzhen Sports Center Hotel. Will definitely return when we are here the next time.

The receptionist were very friendly and able to help with my queries. The rooms r very new and clean! The hallway, and lobby are very new and clean. Really like this hotel a lot and if possible would give it a 10 out of 5!!! Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very new, and the instructions given by the front desk are clear. They are willing to change rooms if any problems are encountered during the stay, and the response is very quick. The room is the newest and cleanest among the B&Bs I have stayed in. The furniture materials are also good, and the bed is very thick. I slept well last night. We will stay here again

The transportation is extremely convenient, and the hotel is next to Exit C2 of Sungang Station. The hotel rooms are brand new and the staff are courteous. However, there is a construction site next to the hotel, which may be noisy during the day. The price of the hotel room is reasonable, the room is large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and the wet and dry areas are separated. A short walk from the hotel is a large shopping mall and small restaurants, which are convenient and provide entertainment venues.

Great value for money! Much better than expected! It's a pleasant surprise to be able to stay in this hotel at this price! The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. The front desk lady is enthusiastic and helped recommend a cheap and delicious shop nearby. Although it is not luxurious, it is comfortable to stay. The king of cost-effectiveness!
