Hotels in Jiaochangwei and Dapeng Fortress, Shenzhen

We had a very lovely stay here, the sound of waves was so relaxing and we were so close to the beach. The staff were very attentive to our requests - special mention to our cleaning lady and Steven. If you'd like a respite from the city life I highly recommend this place! There's another hotel nearby called 白房子 though, but it's not as close to the sea so make sure not to get mixed up.

The hotel facilities and equipment are very new. It feels good to check in. The front desk staff, Dapeng and Xiao Zeng, are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Children like robots very much. They specially asked the front desk to use the robot to deliver groceries. They also assisted in applying for a delayed check-out when leaving the hotel. It was great. .

The boss is very nice. He will recommend nearby attractions to us and remind us to be careful when entering and leaving😊 The location is right by the sea and easy to find. The room facilities are clean and tidy. The indoor slippers provided are unexpectedly comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable. The 180° sea view is beautiful. My friend spent most of the morning in bed looking at the sea view and didn't want to leave😅 The only problem was that the bathroom shower door couldn't be closed, but it didn't bother us much. Recommendation 👍🏻

The hotel facilities are good, there are many restaurants around, the staff are very hospitable and polite, I like the big bath in the room, the overall environment is very clean and comfortable, and there are also very cute stray kittens. The hotel also provides photography and afternoon tea as well as breakfast the next day. The photographer is very polite and has excellent photography skills. I like the lemon tea in the afternoon tea the most, it is very fragrant and delicious.

It is recommended to strengthen mosquito prevention! 🪑 Seat cleaning needs to be improved: there are obvious stains on the sofa and chairs, it feels like they were not cleaned thoroughly, which is a bit of a deduction! Overall, it is a cost-effective homestay. The location of the hotel is very good. Take a taxi to Jiaochangwei North Parking Lot. It is very convenient to walk there and easy to find. It is also close to the beach. The room is very clean and has everything. The boss is super nice and upgraded the room type for free. Thank you very much~ There are many cats downstairs, which are super cute. Some will take the initiative to cuddle and even lie directly on people's legs (*¯︶¯*) The sofa downstairs is very comfortable, the flowers in the yard are very beautiful, and the environment is superb. I will want to stay here again in the future!

Xunyin gave me a different experience of homestay. This time we were traveling with friends and booked the place. The location is excellent and the parking lot can go directly to the back door, so we don't have to carry the materials for activities. Each room is large and fully equipped, even with facial cleanser and makeup remover oil, which is very detailed. There is also a public space for drinking tea, singing, mahjong, and making tea around the stove. I also give a special thumbs up to the housekeeper Jingjing for being on call and not getting tired of it. Every guest is greeted and helped with the luggage, helped us turn on the karaoke equipment in advance, helped us light the stove and carefully scalded the teacups. After placing an order, a work group was set up in time to send location instructions and other detailed services all reflect the professionalism and careful management of Xunyin. I will definitely come again next time!

The room is big, the shower water is hot enough, it is very close to Dapeng Fortress, and there are all kinds of food and shopping nearby. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and there were staff there. The staff was polite and could speak Cantonese. Although not very enthusiastic, if you need help, they will do it immediately. The only thing we are not satisfied with is that we arrived a day earlier than another group of guests, but we were arranged to stay in a room on the 2nd floor. We asked to change to the 3rd floor but were also rejected. As a result, the next night, things often fell to the ground upstairs, and the noise was very loud. We were scared several times, and it lasted until 1 o'clock in the middle of the night.

I came to vacation for two days on weekends. I chose this one. I like the room very wide, clean and bright, big bathtub, big windows to see Dongshan Temple and Dapeng Ancient City. It is a bit Middle Eastern style. The washroom is separated from wet and dry. The whole house is smart. It is a bit quiet from the roadside at night. The back door is 2 minutes away from the beach. The breeze at night is very comfortable to walk by the sea, close to the ancient city, not far from Dongshan Temple in the morning, the price is very high, will come again, and recommend it to friends.
