My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

This is a paradise for golf enthusiasts and the perfect blend for a family vacation! [Strong recommendation] Here, you'll experience a unique golf course view. As China's only five-star resort hotel situated directly within a golf course, every room comes with a golf course view balcony. In the morning, you can open your balcony door to overlook the beautiful course, where lush fairways and natural lakes form a dynamic painting. In the evening, enjoy a drink here as the setting sun gilds the fairways – an unforgettable sight. **In-depth Experience of Surrounding Amenities** A few minutes away by the hotel's shuttle bus, Mission Hills New Town and Mission Hills Ecological Sports Park are hidden gems. There's a wide variety of rich and colorful recreational facilities, including an ice rink, cinema, various children's playgrounds, an equestrian center, Kaloo Ice and Snow World, a go-kart track, an amusement park, art installations, and more. You can directly enjoy diverse experiences within this resort area.

Stayed for several nights in a row, it was good, the decoration was simple and stylish, quiet, and the soundproofing was good. There was free parking, there were books to read in the public area on the second floor, the front desk staff was enthusiastic, I will come again next time.

Advantages: Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, spacious room with a big screen TV with movies and XiaoDu device for music and Easy to get a taxi to surrounding attractions. Disadvantages: The toilet has a slight smell and the hotel restaurant was closed for CNY (not informed when booking) so the hotel provided a very basic breakfast of pumpkin porridge, boiled egg, Youtiao and two date buns.

Recently, I stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel Guanlan. From the thoughtful service upon arrival to the entire accommodation experience, I was impressed. I would like to especially praise Ms. Xiao Du at the front desk: ✅ **Professional image, full marks for affinity**: I felt her warm smile and decent manners when I first met her. She listened to my needs patiently during communication, and her language was concise and clear, which quickly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. ✅ **Efficient coordination ability**: Due to early arrival, the hotel was short of rooms, and I thought I would have to wait for a long time, but Xiao Du flexibly coordinated resources and checked us in within 20 minutes. She actively informed us of the progress throughout the whole process, and her thoughtfulness was full marks! ✅ **Personalized service suggestions**: Knowing that it was our first stay, she introduced the hotel facilities, surrounding restaurants and transportation routes in detail, and recommended special services based on our itinerary, which showed her professionalism. **The hotel environment and facilities are also surprising**: 🌿 **Quiet in the bustling, elegant atmosphere**: The lobby design is simple and atmospheric, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel garden landscape is unique, and it is particularly quiet when walking at night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌟 **Service details highlight quality**: From room cleaning to restaurant reception, the staff took the initiative to greet and pay attention to needs. When checking out, they also asked about car arrangements. The overall service was as smooth as flowing water.

Very clean, smells good, the staff can only speak Chinese though, not very suitable for international guests. The rooms is quite large and cozy. Nice view. Very quiet.

Fantastic stay! The facilities were excellent and practical, and the high-quality mattress ensured a great night's sleep. The service was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. But the biggest highlight is definitely the location – surrounded by two metro stations (Changhu/Xikeng), both just a few minutes' walk away. There are tons of great food options nearby, and both Tianhong Shopping Mall and Shanshuiyuan are right around the corner. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring. Highly recommend!

This stay was perfect! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the clean and tidy environment of the room, you can feel the hotel's care everywhere. The room is warm and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, so you can have a good night's sleep. The smart facilities are complete, and the lights and air conditioning can be controlled with one button, which is full of technology. The breakfast is even more surprising, with rich and varied Chinese and Western food, and the freshly cooked noodles are fresh and delicious, which makes people unforgettable. The geographical location is excellent, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance, making travel very convenient. I will choose here next time I come, and I highly recommend it!

The front desk service was excellent. We got caught in the rain at the beach that day, and when we mentioned it, they arranged ginger tea for us. They also gave us a free room upgrade with drinks and snacks. We even had some delicious soup pho for dinner—the restaurant food was great. Breakfast was so plentiful it felt like a mini-buffet; we almost couldn't finish it all!

Gem of a hotel. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the interior of the hotel was simply but tastefully decorated. An absolute steal at this price. Hotel staff and cleaning staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback is that it quite far to walk from the metro station, or MH Mall. It’s a 5 minute ride.
