Hotels in Guanlan, Shenzhen

My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

This is one of the best family vacation because the location is so close to Hong Kong and very easy access to all the activities. The kids loved the hotel with activities package. They were never bored and had zero complaints from rooms, to swimming pool, to meals to DIY and fun activities. It felt like we flew to a tropical island but it's actually only under 2 hours drive away from Hong Kong. Will recommend this to my friends to come. Totally worth it!

Newly renovated, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Free upgrade for general rooms. Breakfast is provided on some days for 2-bedroom suites. There is still a little decoration smell when approaching the closet and desk, but it is not uncomfortable overall. The hotel service staff can be contacted by WeChat and will answer questions 24 hours a day. There is a free TV box to watch movies, but the suite only has a TV in the living room. The nearby subway station has not been built yet, so I use online car-hailing to travel. It costs $10 to go to Kalu Ice and Snow World, $20 to Wanda Plaza, $40 to Excellence Center, $20 to Gankeng Ancient Town, and $30 to Shenzhen North Station of the high-speed rail.

Advantages: Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, spacious room with a big screen TV with movies and XiaoDu device for music and Easy to get a taxi to surrounding attractions. Disadvantages: The toilet has a slight smell and the hotel restaurant was closed for CNY (not informed when booking) so the hotel provided a very basic breakfast of pumpkin porridge, boiled egg, Youtiao and two date buns.

Recently, I stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel Guanlan. From the thoughtful service upon arrival to the entire accommodation experience, I was impressed. I would like to especially praise Ms. Xiao Du at the front desk: ✅ **Professional image, full marks for affinity**: I felt her warm smile and decent manners when I first met her. She listened to my needs patiently during communication, and her language was concise and clear, which quickly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. ✅ **Efficient coordination ability**: Due to early arrival, the hotel was short of rooms, and I thought I would have to wait for a long time, but Xiao Du flexibly coordinated resources and checked us in within 20 minutes. She actively informed us of the progress throughout the whole process, and her thoughtfulness was full marks! ✅ **Personalized service suggestions**: Knowing that it was our first stay, she introduced the hotel facilities, surrounding restaurants and transportation routes in detail, and recommended special services based on our itinerary, which showed her professionalism. **The hotel environment and facilities are also surprising**: 🌿 **Quiet in the bustling, elegant atmosphere**: The lobby design is simple and atmospheric, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel garden landscape is unique, and it is particularly quiet when walking at night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌟 **Service details highlight quality**: From room cleaning to restaurant reception, the staff took the initiative to greet and pay attention to needs. When checking out, they also asked about car arrangements. The overall service was as smooth as flowing water.

Outstanding hotel. It is a high-class luxurious hotel. Property is new, and the room and bathroom are very spacious and refined. The facilities are clean and very well kept. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Good location for my purpose. Breakfast at 1st floor restaurant, buffet style, and a cook on-site, and a large uge variety of dishes. There is a full-fledged gym with treadmills, machines, and free-weights. Laundry with washers and dryers in the hotel free to use. Service is spectacular, aligned with the customary excellent Chinese hospitality. 出色的酒店。这是一家高档豪华酒店。酒店很新，房间和浴室非常宽敞精致。设施干净整洁。员工非常友好，服务周到。位置非常适合我。早餐在一楼餐厅供应，自助餐形式，现场厨师，菜肴种类丰富。酒店设有设施齐全的健身房，配备跑步机、健身器材和自由重量器械。酒店内设有洗衣机和烘干机，可免费使用。服务一流，符合中国一贯的热情好客。

I've stayed at Atour Hotel multiple times, and their service is truly exceptional. They are very polite to foreign guests and thoughtfully helped my foreign friends pick up packages on numerous occasions, demonstrating both enthusiasm and efficiency! This hotel truly breaks down barriers in international communication and is filled with so much heart!

Stayed for 5N and price is really value for money. There is 1 shopping mall nearby and subway station 茜坑 (line 4) about 10 mins walk away. Had a room on 24th floor with own washing machine. Room was comfortable and clean. For checking in, suggest to use 云朵尚品 as drop off point as the check in address provided is a row of shop houses opposite 云朵尚品 which is not the right place to check in. Refer to picture for drop off. Once you see this sign, there is a row of shop houses to your left starting with convenience store. Last unit is the 24-hour check-in counter.

Room was clean and there was free noodle bar downstairs that operates until 11pm. Convenient for late night hunger!
