Manager Cherie was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and even gave our kids lovely little gifts. It's also super convenient for getting to Karu Ski Resort.

This is one of the best family vacation because the location is so close to Hong Kong and very easy access to all the activities. The kids loved the hotel with activities package. They were never bored and had zero complaints from rooms, to swimming pool, to meals to DIY and fun activities. It felt like we flew to a tropical island but it's actually only under 2 hours drive away from Hong Kong. Will recommend this to my friends to come. Totally worth it!

Recently, I stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel Guanlan. From the thoughtful service upon arrival to the entire accommodation experience, I was impressed. I would like to especially praise Ms. Xiao Du at the front desk: ✅ **Professional image, full marks for affinity**: I felt her warm smile and decent manners when I first met her. She listened to my needs patiently during communication, and her language was concise and clear, which quickly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. ✅ **Efficient coordination ability**: Due to early arrival, the hotel was short of rooms, and I thought I would have to wait for a long time, but Xiao Du flexibly coordinated resources and checked us in within 20 minutes. She actively informed us of the progress throughout the whole process, and her thoughtfulness was full marks! ✅ **Personalized service suggestions**: Knowing that it was our first stay, she introduced the hotel facilities, surrounding restaurants and transportation routes in detail, and recommended special services based on our itinerary, which showed her professionalism. **The hotel environment and facilities are also surprising**: 🌿 **Quiet in the bustling, elegant atmosphere**: The lobby design is simple and atmospheric, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel garden landscape is unique, and it is particularly quiet when walking at night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌟 **Service details highlight quality**: From room cleaning to restaurant reception, the staff took the initiative to greet and pay attention to needs. When checking out, they also asked about car arrangements. The overall service was as smooth as flowing water.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel. Everything is good but if you stay at 4/F, it will be very noisy as there is a Karaoke at 3/F. Avoid 4/F or even 5/F.

Outstanding hotel. It is a high-class luxurious hotel. Property is new, and the room and bathroom are very spacious and refined. The facilities are clean and very well kept. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Good location for my purpose. Breakfast at 1st floor restaurant, buffet style, and a cook on-site, and a large uge variety of dishes. There is a full-fledged gym with treadmills, machines, and free-weights. Laundry with washers and dryers in the hotel free to use. Service is spectacular, aligned with the customary excellent Chinese hospitality. 出色的酒店。这是一家高档豪华酒店。酒店很新，房间和浴室非常宽敞精致。设施干净整洁。员工非常友好，服务周到。位置非常适合我。早餐在一楼餐厅供应，自助餐形式，现场厨师，菜肴种类丰富。酒店设有设施齐全的健身房，配备跑步机、健身器材和自由重量器械。酒店内设有洗衣机和烘干机，可免费使用。服务一流，符合中国一贯的热情好客。

I've stayed at Atour Hotel multiple times, and their service is truly exceptional. They are very polite to foreign guests and thoughtfully helped my foreign friends pick up packages on numerous occasions, demonstrating both enthusiasm and efficiency! This hotel truly breaks down barriers in international communication and is filled with so much heart!

The hotel is located on Shenzhen 4 line, Xihang Station Exit B about 5 minutes or so, the hotel near the large shopping mall and supermarket, supermarket and food street, rooms, because the weekday room not enough room, front desk staff took the initiative to upgrade the room free of charge Feel comfortable, with refrigerator, washing machine and projection screen and video membership, the only wifi reception is more unstable, simple and no signal, air conditioning cold enough and quiet, bathroom, weak water, toilet no odor, sound insulation is good, price popular, overall high value for money. The staff service attitude is good. Will still choose to stay next time.

Gem of a hotel. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the interior of the hotel was simply but tastefully decorated. An absolute steal at this price. Hotel staff and cleaning staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback is that it quite far to walk from the metro station, or MH Mall. It’s a 5 minute ride.

The rooms was clean and spacious, definitely worth more than what we’ve paid. Called a few days ahead to ask if it possible to have the room decorated and a cake for the birthday girl. Surprisingly, they did it with more than I have asked with no extra charge, special thank to 揽鑫 who help organized our requests and keep following up with us of how our stay was. Definitely will stay again!

Hotel Staf and Danny have been really kind all these days, they have helped me at the restaurant with some spoons, here downstairs with some orders that I have received because I do not Speaks Chinese very well, they also helped me with the crib and well, I am very happy to have been here, that is why I decided to extend two more nights and not change hotels. If I return to Shenzhen, I will come back to this hotel definitely. Take the opportunity to come to this hotel and have the best experience.
