The room was clean and very spacious. Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didn’t greet me or say a word—just took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantastic—she helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around. The hotel’s location is excellent—everything you might need is right nearby. I was expecting more from the “city view,” though. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

I recently stayed at the Golden Jade Hotel near Nanshan Zhongshan Station and had a mostly positive experience. Room Quality: The rooms are very clean and new, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The modern amenities, including an excellent ToTo toilet that reminded me of Japan, added to the overall comfort. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the area. Unique Features: One of the standout features of the hotel is the robot delivery service. It's a fun and efficient way to receive items directly to your room. Additionally, the bathroom features automatic electric glass, which can be amusing to try. However, it's worth noting that not everyone might appreciate it. When one person is taking a shower, the bathroom light is very bright and can disturb the other person in the room. The sound of the shower water hitting the glass can also be quite loud. Air Conditioning Issue: The only downside I encountered was the air conditioning. It would automatically turn off every morning between 8 to 9 am. Despite my efforts to turn it back on, it would shut off again after a while. I asked the staff about this issue, but they were unsure of the cause. They mentioned a possible timer, but I couldn't find any way to set or disable it. Overall Experience: Despite the air conditioning issue and the quirks of the bathroom glass, my stay at Golden Jade Hotel was enjoyable. The cleanliness, modern amenities, and convenient location make it a great choice for travelers. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could address the air conditioning problem and consider adding a few more hook for hanging towels for guests.

Free upgrade for a slightly bigger room .Located next to Nantou ancient town which is very nice. There is a 7-11 opposite hotel and Below hotel is a supermarket which you can find local fruits at a cheap price. It is located 45 mins drive from airport on highway and about 50 mins to Luohu area. Counter Staffs were friendly and check in at 2am was a breeze. They accomodate my request to have rooms next to each other. Room good enough with all amenities provided. Smart voice recognition in room for TV, curtain etc. There are multiple eateries nearby and mall within walking distance. A wonton soup shop nearby has tasty dumplings.

This hotel is in a convenient location, easy to get in and out of. There is many food options nearby. It’s very modern, very clean, and is tech smart. The front desk is very helpful if you need anything. There are complimentary drinks and snacks to enjoy, as well as breakfast. We have had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the Shenzhen Bay immigration control point and close to the Window of the World theme park (we enjoyed a lovely 15-minute walk). And it’s conveniently located just opposite the MTR station. We booked the standard twin room with a sea view, and it was definitely worth the small extra cost (only about 5 RMB more). The view was lovely. The room itself was small but very clean, with modern furniture, spotless white bed linens, and fresh towels. Breakfast was reasonably priced—30 RMB for adults and 15 RMB for children—and offered a decent variety. If we need to stay overnight in Shenzhen again, I’ll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay!

Location of the hotel is good, just a short distance walk to the Wan Xiang Tian Di Mall. The hotel is part of a commercial building complex, caused the Didi driver some difficulties to find its’ pick up/drop off point. Room is very modern and clean. Service staffs were generally efficient but not as warm as those in 2rd/3rd tier cities. No chance to use the facility but believe it should be good. Generally it is a good property for short stay. 

The location was amazing! Even if you don’t go very far there is restaurants and markets near hotel. The front desk was very helpful and even gave us an upgraded room. The room was very clean and spacious. The service at the hotel was excellent. It came with all the amenities mentioned. We were 15 min walk away from mixc mall which was a very easy walk. I will definitely revisit again.

this hotel is good at facilities except air conditioning. spacious, with free soft drinks provided. hairdryer, fridge, tv, toothpaste and toothbrush 🪥, they have got all except the air conditioning works at times, staff is helpful. overall high cp value
