Hotels in Science and Technology Park, Shenzhen

Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

The hotel.is located right above Houhai Metro Station making it super covenient to move around the city in public transportation. Rooms are tastefuly decorated and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stay at the Hyde and would not choose another hotel. There is a lot of food shops for all tastes and cusines around the hotel too. However the best asset the hotel has is Miss Della. She was always trying to help and beyond everytime. Plus she always did it with a big smile. She made going into the lobby feel like coming home.

A professional hotel, clean and comfortable room, efficient service, snacks provided free and daily. The hotel is close to Dasha River, we enjoyed pleasant walks along the riverbank. The washing machine in the room is super. It’s so easy to use and even dried my washings.

Good location!! Best service provided 24/7, they helped to collect all my parcels and sent to room via the robot! Breakfast was yummy too

I recently stayed at the Golden Jade Hotel near Nanshan Zhongshan Station and had a mostly positive experience. Room Quality: The rooms are very clean and new, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The modern amenities, including an excellent ToTo toilet that reminded me of Japan, added to the overall comfort. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the area. Unique Features: One of the standout features of the hotel is the robot delivery service. It's a fun and efficient way to receive items directly to your room. Additionally, the bathroom features automatic electric glass, which can be amusing to try. However, it's worth noting that not everyone might appreciate it. When one person is taking a shower, the bathroom light is very bright and can disturb the other person in the room. The sound of the shower water hitting the glass can also be quite loud. Air Conditioning Issue: The only downside I encountered was the air conditioning. It would automatically turn off every morning between 8 to 9 am. Despite my efforts to turn it back on, it would shut off again after a while. I asked the staff about this issue, but they were unsure of the cause. They mentioned a possible timer, but I couldn't find any way to set or disable it. Overall Experience: Despite the air conditioning issue and the quirks of the bathroom glass, my stay at Golden Jade Hotel was enjoyable. The cleanliness, modern amenities, and convenient location make it a great choice for travelers. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could address the air conditioning problem and consider adding a few more hook for hanging towels for guests.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

Nice place to stay and nothing to complain. Nearby there are few supermarkets and the location is quite convenient!!! Nice service and the staffs are really helpful!! Truly appreciate their service and the comfy stay they provided!!!

Good location. Very easy to access the metro. Check-in was fast and smooth.  First room smelled of smoke, buy they quickly offered me a different room that was fine.  Some housekeepers are friendly, while others were a little rude (but my Mandarin is not very good, so it might have just been miscommunication). Overall, a good stay.

The room has no window, although it was stated in the website which I did overlook. I have never been to a hotel without a window. The feeling is terrible dark especially when in the morning you had to refresh after sleep. I suggested that the advertisement on the website should have the provision “no Window” highlighted and for customers reference and attention. Besides the toilet shower is badly designed which the opening of the glass door inward to the side of the shower head will bump into the shower head. The shower head also split water out on side causing all the stuff you put outside on the wash basin wet. Terrible. Although the staff there are very nice and helpful, but the hotel room is really not fit if you are expecting a good journey experience, the price is not really so cheap to let the customer have such low standard of room.

The staff has a good service attitude, the hotel has a nice style, complete facilities, a large lobby, good and considerate front desk service, fast check-in, clean and tidy rooms, clean bathrooms, great network, enthusiastic room attendants who greet people proactively, convenient parking, the parking lot is next to the hotel, and the washing and drying machine is convenient, great!
