The hotel has such comfortable beddings that we have to extend our stay to recharge further! Thanks to Alaia for her assistance in handling our parcel and Olivia for arranging special late check out for us! Awesome stay, we will come back again! Very relaxing environment with resort setting at the cafe area too. Will also try the Chinese restaurant tonight, reviews are looking good. Hilton Honor members also got extra discount at outlets !

Hyatt hotels truly live up to their reputation, wherever they are located – always excellent! The hotel is incredibly convenient and efficient to reach; it's just a 5-minute straight walk from the airport arrivals exit, without even having to leave the terminal building. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Upon exiting the elevator on the 7th floor, I encountered a male staff member who very enthusiastically helped me carry my large suitcase to my room, even though it was already past 11:30 PM. My sincere thanks to him! The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with high-quality bedding and an exceptionally comfortable bed, allowing me to drift off to sleep very quickly. The breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, all of which was absolutely delicious! I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Having music playing in the room was a wonderful surprise; it truly helped me relax, drift off to sleep, and have sweet dreams. It felt quite unique and incredibly comfortable. The music's soothing quality was so pleasant, it would even be perfect for car rides, making everyone feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service. The ambiance was elegant and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. There was ample parking available, and the price was very reasonable. Five-star recommendation!

Nice environment and the room was clean and comfortable. The location very near airport, beside the hotel is a mall got a lot of restaurants there. But it quite far to longhua and futian area. Hotel breakfast is complete, served with chinese and western choices. Hotel provided one time transfer to airport.

I got a 6-year old themed room. (My mental age, although I am 60, so it was fun) I think the hotel was fully booked and they gave me this room. The room was not ready when I arrived (6:30 pm) so they gave me an ice cream at the lobby. The rate was also 90% more than I normally pay (was there a fair or exposition near by I guess. The location is conveniently close to Bao'an international airport.

This hotel is a little further from the airport than expected for a transfer hotel - maybe a 20 min journey. They have a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off, which is very handy, and communication to find it was easeful. The hotel itself is nice and does the job for an overnight stay hotel. There was some noise from the room next door, but I still drifted to sleep. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't to my taste, so I didn't enjoy it. Note that the kitchen staff don't speak English and there wasn't adequate labelling on all the dishes for me to know what certain items were. For the price paid for the room and the purpose it was fine.

The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely fantastic! Despite being a newly opened hotel, the service was incredibly professional. The complimentary shuttle was always punctual. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable sleep. Both the free gym and laundry facilities were brand new and impeccably maintained. We arrived in Shenzhen late at night and learned the hotel's driver had already finished for the day, but what impressed us most was their proactive offer to reimburse our taxi fare for our late-night arrival. This level of service truly deserves full marks!

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Shenzhen, Hyatt House is truly one I'd enthusiastically recommend to everyone! The location is an absolute winner. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore Futian CBD or Nanshan for dining and shopping. There's no need to worry about returning late either, as the surrounding area is lively yet surprisingly quiet. The room was much more spacious than I anticipated, with a sleek, minimalist yet upscale design. The natural light was fantastic; pulling back the curtains, you could really feel the city's energy. The biggest surprise was the kitchen area, fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. For someone like me who enjoys cooking occasionally, it's incredibly convenient. You can simply pick up ingredients from the supermarket downstairs and easily whip up a home-cooked meal. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows had just the right firmness – I slept soundly for days without any insomnia. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, and hot water was instantaneous. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent, which truly elevated the experience. The service was absolutely flawless. The front desk staff handled my check-in swiftly and even proactively offered recommendations for local eateries. The cleaning staff were equally meticulous, tidying up even the smallest items on the desk daily. The value for money here is simply unbeatable. It's perfect for both short business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen, and I've already recommended it to all my friends! 👍👍

I stay in Baolilai International Hotel every time I come to Shenzhen. It is a genuine classic 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. It's a 25-minute ride from and to Bao'an International Airport. It has a big gym with machines and free weights, a big swimming pool, restaurants, and a spa.

I was in town for a training session. My usual hotel near the airport was fully booked, so I couldn't extend my stay. I searched for a nearby place, and before checking the app, I assumed hotels within 3km of the airport would be quite pricey. I was prepared to just settle for one night, but to my surprise, the room offered excellent value for money, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. In the morning, I left for a hike and realized I had left my charging cable in the room. I called the hotel, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. When I checked out in the afternoon, I expected the airport transfer service to be a shuttle bus, but unexpectedly, I received a private car service. The driver got me to the airport in just 10 minutes. Overall, this trip was exceptionally comfortable. Five stars!
