front desk is great, we arrived at 3am, front desk handle the checkin swiftly. they too helped me collect all my delivery. appreciate that. hotel driver pick up service has a bit of expectations gap. Seems like driver will only come over when he confirmed you at pick up point. So for our case, is we waited around 15 mins despite multiple messages sent to him to update our custom clearance process. breakfast was good. noted that the location of hotel is not near to subway. But suitable to use for airport and taxi out if required.

great hotel if you have a flight. it's about 10 min drive to airport. there are lots of shops, restaurants within walking distance from hotel. service is very good.. they let me store my luggage for several days. I would recommend this hotel . it is little far from city center but there is a subway within a 10 min walk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the fantastic staff, high end amenities and great location. We would recommend to others and will likely stay there again. Upon check-in Edward was super accommodation and very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but the girl working the front desk the morning of our check out was also very helpful in assisting with a late check out. The hotel was very clean and modern. One small complaint would be the lack of in hotel room food options in the restaurant, however,Thanks for the great stay.

I chose this hotel because of 2 main reasons. First it’s very close to the airport and second, they offer airport transfer for free. Overall the stay was nice, can get a proper sleep, the room is clean and have the basic amenities for transit and rest. Only when I arrived at the airport, it was quite difficult to find the transport to hotel. Because of the communication, and I have no idea where and how to find the transport. It’s better and easier if you speak the language. For the location, it’s approx 1km from bus station and 40 mins from the city centre. Understandable because airport is normally quiet far from the city. I just stay here for transit so not really a big issue. Overall, it’s worth the money for the price.

Its best point is proximity to Shenzhen airport, even provides shuttle service to airport at regular intervals. It provides some complimentary congee at the reception for late arriving passengers, feeling hungry. I think that’s a very warm touch. And another incredible thing - rooms have a massage chair - though it was ragged and not the best, it’s something you don’t see at all, isn’t it? Checking in was easy and efficient. Rooms are small but alright.

Transport provided to hotel, when i was there the driver was off day but hotel offered reimbursed on Didi-car fare via wechat pay (~CNY20+). I checked-in late (the next morning) and hotel extended my stay and offered late check-out. However, if next room visitors talked very very loud, it can be heard in our room. Opposite the hotel (walking distance) have plenty of restaurants offering local cuisine. Distance to main city (CBD area) is about 25minutes by Didi (~CNY45+) Overall, it is a good place to stay for resting before catching up the next schedule.

Close to the metro. Take exit B of the Hourui metro station and as y9uncone out of the exit turn right. The hotel is clean and modern with all the amenities as advertised. The only thing I found odd is that even though it's an international hotel the person at the reception didn't speak English. It's a minor inconvenience. They also had free shuttle bus to the airport which you need to book when you check in. Overall I would recommend this hotel...

sink was broken on arrival but was fixed promptly, could only sleep at 5+AM as it took awhile to fix. one time use slippers wasn’t changed 1 was new and 1 was used. hotel could have checked the room properly before checking us in as we check in late at 3am at night. they had enough time to do that. otherwise hotel was good, aircon was cold, room was quiet and clean, good ambiance if you’re looking to rest after landing/before your flight. hotel provides one time transfer for free, just need to call the front desk after taking ur baggage and they will arrange for didi to pick you up.

Location in the region is good, 10 minutes walking from a subway station and has restaurants nearby. The installations are quite old. The air conditioner need maintenance to refill refrigerating gas and correct gas leaking since it wasn't properly cooling the room even after asking to change my room for this same reason, which they complied but the new air conditioner was marginally better. The hair dryer was very noise since it's old. Other than these, the hotel is ok.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. It was quite unexpected. The hotel is relatively new and not far from the airport. The soundproofing is pretty good. I rarely hear the sound of airplanes when the windows are closed. I chose a room far from the elevator. The reception staff was also very polite and met the requests in a timely manner. I will book again next time.

I've stayed here several times. It's always clean and sanitary, and the price is affordable! The transportation is convenient. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room is large, the air conditioner is cool enough, the bathroom is a squat toilet, personally feel more comfortable and hygienic than the toilet. The cleaning is also good, there are no bugs, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Although there is mosquito killer and I also brought one and two together, it may be because the room is too big and it has no effect. The boss can do it. The hotel is very convenient to get to right after the subway exit! The front desk checked in quickly and the service was very good. The room was clean and meticulous.
