Very suitable for big group travelers. Front desk very helpful and respond fast to queries and requests. All pictures shown on trip.com matches to the actual room, very trustworthy. If could have more rubbish bin, more stable network for TV, more tissue & toilet papers and more cups / glasses readied in room would be even better!

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in a Superior King Room at the Pullman Shenzhen North Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern and elegant decor. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally soft, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel's service was also excellent; the staff were professional and friendly, making us feel well looked after. The only minor drawback was that I had hoped for an opportunity to upgrade to a suite, but learned that it would incur an additional charge, which was a slight disappointment. However, on the bright side, the complimentary buffet breakfast offered by the hotel was a delightful compensation. It featured a rich variety of high-quality Chinese and Western options, which helped start the day on a positive note. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. The facilities and service of the Superior King Room were commendable, and the complimentary, high-quality breakfast was definitely a highlight. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The hotel is conveniently located less than a kilometer from Hongshan Metro Station. It's an easy and straightforward walk through a commercial district and a residential area. Our room was well-lit and quiet, situated on a good floor. Directly opposite are commercial buildings, and downstairs you'll find convenient snack stalls and convenience stores. The service was truly outstanding. Staff were excellent to communicate with and very polite, demonstrating warmth and attentiveness. They offered black tea immediately upon our arrival and even proactively provided small toys for the children – these thoughtful details truly made a difference. The room itself was quite spacious and immaculately clean. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

As always had the best stay at Moxy. The front desk team friendly and helpful, housekeeping team really friendly as well. Just need to pay bit more attention on the walls as there were funny looking stains on them, other than that everything’s good.

Fantastic hotel - very clean, modern & the location is excellent. Very easy to get to from the metro or train station. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic 👌. Great selection & amazing value. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!!!! My only regret is that I didn't book for longer!!!

Seriously, everyone! My stay at Orange Hotel this time was absolutely incredible, and I just have to recommend it to all of you. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its unique and cozy design. The lobby was incredibly stylish and artistic, a stark contrast to other generic hotels, and I instantly felt relaxed. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so unbelievably soft, like sinking into clouds – I had the best night's sleep! The room amenities were also very modern; the smart devices were super convenient, allowing me to control the lights and air conditioning with just my voice – very high-tech! The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were high-quality and very pleasant to use. The hotel's location was also superb, with excellent transport links nearby – subway and bus stations are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing or shopping. Plus, the surrounding area is buzzing with delicious restaurants and convenience stores, giving it a lively local feel.

I have visited this hotel many times with friends and family, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Its convenient location, right across the street from a giant mall, adds to its charm. However, my recent stay was disappointing. This was my first visit since the hotel closed for renovations and upgrades, and I was hopeful for improvements. Unfortunately, it felt more like a downgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic, with checked-out cards and even some clients' IDs left on the table. The staff’s attitude was also concerning; they were cold when checking me in. As for the rooms, they didn’t seem upgraded at all. The sheets were slightly dirty, and there was a stronger smoke smell that I hadn’t noticed before. Despite these issues, I still love the hotel's location and believe there is great potential for improvement, especially in the front-of-house and cleaning staff. On a positive note, the updated big screen in the room was a nice touch. I hope to see better management and cleanliness on my next visit!

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was exceptional. I checked in quite late, around 9 PM, and ordered room service (Bolognese pasta). I ended up chatting with friends at the DoubleTree Bar in the lobby and didn't get around to eating it. What truly impressed me was that the front desk later called to ask if I wanted them to heat it up for me. They also kindly granted me a late checkout until 2 PM. A Starbucks is conveniently located right below the lobby, and there's a commercial center right next door, making the location extremely convenient.

This is a serious complaint!! I saw on Ctrip that the hotel had undergone renovations, and after quite some time, I decided to give it another try. However, I quickly realized that the hotel's management still suffers from significant issues. After being abruptly woken by an extremely loud noise in the early hours of the morning, I went to get ready and was confronted with an alarming situation. Honestly, the hotel's current management standards are completely unacceptable. I tried to call the front desk for assistance, but then discovered there was no phone in the room? Upon inquiring later, I was told it had been taken out for repairs. It's a good thing I wasn't in the bathroom at that moment; otherwise, this would be a legal matter. To date, all I've received is a half-hearted apology. Frankly, I wouldn't dare risk my safety again, hoping for such good fortune next time. So, I strongly urge everyone to prioritize their safety when checking in for future stays⚠️
