Shenzhen Luohu District Hotels

The hotel is located at walking distance from Dongmen Pedestrian Street with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and large. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Fan who has been most helpful in attending to all my enquiries. One of the main attractions is to be able to go directly to the hotel room floor from Shaibu metro station near Exit D2. Instead of going up the right-hand side staircase at Exit D2 proceed straight towards the restaurants. There is a lift at the end on your right that will take you up to the hotel lobby and other floors.

The room is surprisingly big and clean.It also provided shampoo,hair conditioner,lotion and body wash.The staff was super friendly too, she personally came to our room to help us with the washing machine when we called the front desk.Location strategy opposite train station

We stay at the hotel for three nights. The staff are very nice what they upgraded our room to a much bigger and comfortable room even at Christmas. They also gave us a Christmas gift! We had three great nights here. It is near the shop but quiet. It is convenient to eat or play nearby. Even if we deliver food, it is fast to arrive with lot of choice! We will come again.

newly opened accommodation. Not far from the hk border and dongmen market but not by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They assist even before your arrive like how to get to the hotel. Room is basic and new but the floor was a bit dusty maybe because the window was open the whole time when I checked in. In bathroom there were mosquitos and small flies , I recommend you plug in the bug device which provided in the room as soon as you get in to the room. Many restaurants and shops are around which is convenient.

Very great hotel, clean and spacious. Great sunlight if you stay a room with window. Even the room without window, is super comfortable, because it has a green scenery. Great staff, especially the one gave us a free upgrade. And, just 3 mins walking to the Subway station? And lots of restaurants around the hotel. Superb location! Would definitely recommend this!

I was really surprised to choose this hotel for this trip! The location is excellent, close to Shenzhen Business Center, convenient transportation, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around, which makes life super convenient. When checking in, the front desk staff was very efficient, friendly and enthusiastic, and also introduced the hotel facilities to me attentively. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, comfortable office area, appropriate lighting brightness, and table and chair heights. It is very close to Shenzhen Dongmen Pedestrian Street and Luohu Port. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and reasonable in nutrition, meeting the taste needs of different people. Checking out is also quick and convenient, and the experience is excellent. I will choose here next time!

The hotel is spacious and clean. The service is great too but we dun know why towards the end of the stay, the room was filled up with bad smell of smoke. We could not see any smoke but it smelt really bad. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

The hotel’s location is quite strategic, as it’s close to Dongmen Street. However, the ongoing road construction nearby makes it inconvenient for walking. E-hailing drivers also avoid entering the area, so they only pick up or drop off passengers on the nearby main road. The front desk service is good, and the room service is excellent. However, our room was near the lift, and there was a noticeable smoking smell outside the room. The toilet also had a sewer smell. One confusing issue is the hotel’s name. It’s displayed as Gluck Hotel, listed as Leica Hotel on e-hailing apps, and called Laika Hotel on Trip.com. This inconsistency can make it difficult for guests to locate or identify the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel. There are a few high-class restaurants nearby, which is convenient if you don’t feel like traveling far for meals.

I have stayed in too many hotels, and this one is really good. The address is in Shuibei IBC. The subway station is downstairs, which is convenient for transportation. There are also many places to visit. I had dinner downstairs, so I could just go shopping. The efficiency of the front desk was also completely ok. The lighting in the room is good, quite bright, and the smart toilet and toiletries are all very comfortable to use. I have always paid attention to hygiene when staying in many hotels. To be honest, I am a picky person and I have not found any problems with hygiene. When lying in bed at night, the projector can be lowered, and it can be raised if I don’t want to watch it. It doesn’t affect my view of the scenery outside the window at all hahahaha. The most amazing thing is that I didn’t expect there to be a gym at all, haha, which just met my needs for exercise. No matter what, I will definitely come again next time I go on a business trip!
