Choosing this homestay was the best surprise of my trip! It completely exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** The homestay was spotlessly clean and tidy. The decor style was a warm and minimalist design, which I absolutely loved – it felt both stylish and incredibly relaxing, just like being at home. The actual place matched the photos exactly, even looking better in person! **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and comprehensive. From Wi-Fi and air conditioning to kitchen utensils, the host had thought of every single detail. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly, and a hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. **Location:** The location was also fantastic. It was very convenient for transportation, with a metro/bus station nearby, making it easy to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. Despite being in such a convenient spot, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. **Host:** Finally, I must commend the host! They were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions even before check-in and providing detailed guides and directions. Their responses were always super quick whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of and welcomed. **Overall:** This was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to all my friends. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Due to changes in our travel plans, we had to book our three-night stay separately in August. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring we stayed in the same room throughout our visit. Daniel at the front desk was particularly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the hotel and the surrounding area. A big thank you to him! The hotel is centrally located in the Nanshan area and is quite new and very clean. There is a subway station and plenty of dining options nearby. Our room featured a modern design and layout, with plenty of power and USB outlets, as well as smart voice control. Free self-laundry facilities are available, which may be staffed during busy hours. The breakfast area is spacious and offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with fruits, all served buffet-style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Booked room 19/4-20/4 ３ floor sideA, rest assured that the homestay has its own elevator, hotel-level homestay, as soon as you enter the East Gate, you will see it on the right, the ground day coffee and night oil, the basement is electric sound ＤＪ, ２ floor is clear, ３ to ５ floor is a guest room, the rooftop has a camping feel both tables and chairs, bar + clear bar + DJ, do you think it will be very noisy? I told you that the soundproofing is very good. The terrace of the room is facing the ancient city street. After night, there are more people. The giant glass door is closed. Don’t say that the sound of the tour is less. Even the music downstairs can’t be heard. Super good sound insulation, the fire ladder has no door but there are super thick soundproof sandbags. The terrace also has a washing machine and dryer. The detergent laundry detergent is also prepared for you. I knew that you didn’t have to bring so many clothes. The room design is stylish and tasteful. The facilities are newer. The giant bathtub is also cleaned. Whether it is a housekeeper or a barista, The service attitude of the bartender is very good, polite and thoughtful, and will definitely find a chance to live again.

The two-bedroom, one-living room suite we stayed in completely exceeded our expectations! The room layout was incredibly well-designed. The separate master and secondary bedrooms provided excellent privacy while ensuring everyone in the family had a comfortable stay. The living room was spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for our family to gather in the evenings, chat, and watch movies, creating a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was clean and soft, bathroom towels were replaced daily, and kitchen utensils were thoroughly sanitized. Even the hidden corners were spotless. Yara at the front desk was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was also very convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We will definitely choose to stay here again for our next family trip. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group!

Just back from my family trip with two kids, we stayed in this hotel for two nights. While checking in, i was told the bedrails are already setup as per my remarks with trip.com, all those things in the remarks were acknowledged, the services in the front desk, house keeping and restaurant for the breakfast were all good, i couldn’t get anything to complain. For the room, it is spacious and new, we like the rainshower very much, the water pressure was quite good. The hotel is very close to the three malls nearby, you will be there in 5 minutes after crossing the road. I will be back if coming to Qianhai next time. Thank you so much for all the service provided to us, we feel relax, chill, warm and feel like home even this is my first time to come.

Holiday Inn Nanahan continue to maintain a high standard in terms of service quality as this is the second time of my visit within 6 months. The room remains as clean and tidy. The staff are all very helpful. Needless to say the location is superb in terms of transportation plus natural landscape. We did visit Zhongshan Park this time and were amazed by its tranquility. Hotel is all great and I am sure more people are keen to come cover if there are shopping center and halls nearby.

Time truly flies; another autumn is here before I know it. Having experienced Garden No. 6 through all its seasons, I've returned this autumn. The room was as cozy, quiet, and spotless as ever. The restaurant's dishes still have that unforgettable taste – both amazing and delicious. The staff were all smiles, offering incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Oh, and a special mention to the feline manager, Egg Tart! She's adorably sassy, haha, like a charming 'cat security guard' overseeing the garden.

As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a refreshing aroma. The beautiful staff member, Xiao Zhang, was attentive and courteous. Great! I loved the room's style and colors. The bathroom door opened onto a large mirror, which was great! The pillows came in two different heights. The large bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very smooth! However, there was a flying insect in the room, which the staff immediately attended to. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great! Breakfast was excellent, with coffee, milk tea, lemon tea, orange juice, and milk. The preserved egg and lean pork congee was delicious, but a little too salty. The male staff were also very nice and proactively recommended the newly added lemon tea. Great! Room cleanliness could be improved, for example, there was a few hairs on the floor, but overall, it was okay. I'll definitely stay again if I have the chance!

The room was nice, and the views were beautiful. However, the check-in process took excessively long. We had to wait quite a while and didn't get into our room until 5 PM. I'm unsure why housekeeping was so slow. Although they repeatedly explained the reasons – citing high occupancy and late check-outs affecting the check-in process – I still hope the hotel can improve this situation. Making guests wait so long really impacts the overall experience negatively. Despite this, the hotel as a whole is very good, and I still highly recommend staying here. The dining options were good, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a place I'd consider staying at again; I just hope check-in can be quicker next time.

Room is huge over 100 m² , clean, and the staff were very courteous. Hotel is just next to the mall and tons of restaurants in the area. My only complaint was the hair dryer was a little cheap . But overall, it’s was acceptable if you plan your day at the OCT Harbour
