Service was good. Hotel aircon not able to adjust, wifi is very poor even we used data also not able to run smoothly. I feel weird for a hotel to just offer 1 person breakfast and we paid for a double room, this made the other person not able to have a breakfast and to pay RMB80 everyday so I find is not worth it. Also such a big hotel they do not have a proper weighing scale to weigh the luggage.

Have chosen to upgrade my room so that I can check in earlier. The room is great, clean and spacious. The location is right next to exit H of Laojie metro, and is near to many shops and eateries. The hotel helps to collect parcels too.

I had a pleasant surprise to receive a bottle of red wine, fruits plate and a greeting card from the hotel wishing me a happy birthday.

Superb location in Dongmen. Very accommodating in giving bottle water. Good breakfast. Not the biggest selection but good quality stuff. The rooms are big and very comfortable too. Very cute and wonderful robot to deliver things.

This is my 2nd time, and it is a very convenient location. Besides, it is a mall. Many foods around. Will sure come back again!

Very good location for the hotel that is just 1min away from the train station and 5mins to the shopping malls and district. The staff is also very nice and friendly to help us with whatever needs and questions. Totally will recommend this place!

Hotel is clean n spacious, got upgraded to bigger room to be on same level as parents, easy to check in n breakfast is good, location needless to say at the popular dongmen laojie, metro is just under the hotel n easy accesable to nearby huaqiangbei n luohu commercial centre!!! Lots of food n the first Mcd in china just walking distance away!

Spend 3 day 2 night in the hotel. Location was excellent. Train station and shopping mall is right underneath. Overall it was a pleasant stay till we are into our 2nd night my friend got bite badly by the mosquitoes over his face and noise coming from the construction at 9am onwards. I believe after the construction ended that the areas all these problem would be subside. Would be great if the hotel had warn us on the mosquitoes situation as we found a device in the drawer need to be plug to switch to prevent mosquitoes.

Great hotel. Very grand. Nice ambience. Strategic central location a mall just below. Good for shoppers. Nearby gym and lots of eateries. Great view of the city.

Had an amazing stay here, breakfast was pretty good (especially the fresh soy milk!) and its variety although we stayed for a few nights, it’s always differently delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, and the delivery robot was cute. Tv was rotatable which is convenient, room is super spacious and shower, toilets are super clean. Best part is the location! Accessible to the shopping/night market, just 2 mins from the MTR + near Shenzhen railway station. Highly recommended :)
