The vacation lovely . The ambience and service was very nice and we had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very pretty.

It's a good area and have nearby places, not a lot of Halal options but we use Didi to go to the Mosque and have nearby Halal restaurants there

We stayed in this hotel for two nights during Christmas. Location-wise it is in the middle of nowhere, but there are numerous eateries nearby. We booked a two bedrooms (upgraded to three bedrooms) suite and it was quite spacious. Be mindful that there is no airconditioning for the upper rooms and I think it will be a challenge in summer. There is no shower curtain in the toilet. You can imagine what will be the situation after bathing. But you got what you paid for. For this price, I have no compaint at all.

Very nice looking location with spacious bedrooms. Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Since it was an apartment style hotel the room contains pretty much every amenity you need for an everyday life: Fridge, hot water shower, washing machine, TV, wifi, air conditioning system. In a nutshell, a very pleasant stay.

its awfull apartment. too small and uncomfortable, bedbugs cockroaches 😞 cleaner have a only one towel he cleaned toilet after kitchen then floor etc….

Excellent stay excellent location and a great service. Honest people, I have forgotten some of my clothes at the appartement and I didn't noticed that, they have informed me immediately but unfortunately I took the train heading to another city, they managed to send them to me on the same day and the delivery was made next morning at 8am by the delivery guy .. what an experience I was really stunned and chocked by their service and professionalism.. and again it's the best option for a stay in Shenzhen.. recommend it very much

The hotel is located on the 49th floor. You have to take the elevator from the lobby to the 36th floor and go out to the opposite elevator and then take the elevator to the 49th floor. The service attitude is very good. I asked her about the check-out time. She said that she understood that I checked in late at night, so she extended the check-out time🥰.
