One of my favorite hotels in Shenzhen. Almost everything is great about the rooms, including the lighted mirrors in the bathroom. And the lighting options overall in the bedroom. Service is great also. Make sure your room has essentials: bottled water, fresh towels, and trash removal. Located near great restaurants and shopping too! Also they have a washer and dryer on the 9th floor+ Important for us long stay business travelers.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. Although the appearance of the hotel looks old, the overall facilities of the hotel rooms are very new and clean. They have been renovated. The bed is big enough and comfortable. However, there are small insects on the bed, the sheets are stained and tattered, and the drinking glass is stained and cracked. It feels hygienic. It was not good enough. I only found out when I returned to the hotel after going out for dinner in the evening. When I came back, it was too late and I was too tired, so I did not report it to the front desk staff. It would be better if the hotel improved the hygiene. In addition, it is recommended to add an extra floor towel outside the bathroom to absorb water, because the marble floor is easier to walk on.

There are bugs in the room and there is no hot water in the room. I don’t mind recommending it.

The lady at the front desk is so gentle. I like the location of the sink. It is clean and tidy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway. It is very close. There are many late-night snack shops nearby. The lights seem to be less, probably because the bathroom door is blacked out.
