One of my favorite hotels in Shenzhen. Almost everything is great about the rooms, including the lighted mirrors in the bathroom. And the lighting options overall in the bedroom. Service is great also. Make sure your room has essentials: bottled water, fresh towels, and trash removal. Located near great restaurants and shopping too! Also they have a washer and dryer on the 9th floor+ Important for us long stay business travelers.

Shenzhen 15 Nights. Expectation/Reality: room looked like the photos and was generally good and met expectations. Some small things like the shower head needed some repair but overall it all worked. Security: good security, there is 24/7 concierge and staff is diligent. Hygiene: generally quite clean and cleaners came frequently. Hospitality: generally good, no issues. Social Atmosphere: none. Overall: good spot, far from downtown but close to the metro station and fair amount of options for food in the area.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and the location is easy to find. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are gentle and provide good service. The room is very clean and tidy, with good lighting. The bathroom has dry and wet separations and good sound insulation. Overall it is very good. It was a wonderful night!

When we got to the hotel room, we found stains and hair on the beds, both beds. We called the cleaning staff, but they shirked their responsibilities and refused to change them for us, saying that they had just changed them and that these were inevitable. No sense of service!
