very friendly hotel and English speaker (staff) was there(thabk you!) but! Breakfast is….. hard to say “acceptable” I don’t recommend B’fast to foreigners! room was super good and clean! 🫶🏼 

The hotel's location is definitely its strongest point-it's conveniently situated near public transport, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff were generally polite, though interaction was minimal. The building itself looks decent from the outside, and the lobby was clean and well-lit.

The location is close to the subway station and it's easy to find. The front desk is very friendly and is happy to help if you need anything.

The hotel was clean and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoy how the shower area includes a step to put your foot so you can scrub your leg safely as you shower! Nice touch! The only downside about the location is that there’s a lot of construction out front but the hotel is proactive and gives you earplugs, so you can cancel out the noise. I do wish the room included a full length mirror, so you can double-check your outfit! Other than that, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay! We will be coming back!

The hotel was nice, well positioned, is clean and the rooms have just been renovated so it was nice. I believe it has a very good quality to price ratio. Would advice

Hotel is near the metro station - check in was smooth and very help full receptionists. As We walked towards to our room- hallway carpet lots of stains and smell like smoke Room is so and so- old and has abit of smell too The bed was great tho- firm and so as the pillow- We tried the breakfast- no one was there- selection is not alot- Overall for the price you pay- it is decent hotel- and good for people needed a night or 2 to stay

Don't get mistaken by the entrance nor by the corridor (which was terrible and smelled to cigarettes): the room is really good - clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue is a light that you can't turn off (or, if you can, it is too complicated) in the wall near the bathroom. I did not try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.

We booked the Leisure Bath Enjoyment Double Bed Room (with Sitting Area, Mobile Screen Casting) for about $666 hkd. A simple room for a one night accommodation which is not bad, as I have seen dirtier hotels. We chose this hotel mainly because we booked last minute, our original booking for another provider was cancelled. As such, most of the hotels were over $800hkd so we decided to give this hotel a try. Given the price and we are aware this is not like a 4star or 5star hotel our review is not comparing to a 4star or 5star hotel. The room itself was overall very clean and tidy. However, common area such as our floor 14 is full of smoking smell although it says no smoking. They also have a room on the 14th floor for laundry which has two washers and one dryer (self-serve). The room itself is unfurnished so it’s like an abandoned room with the machines in the middle of the room. My kids would like to make a compliment how the hotel offers free peppa pig to watch while the other hotels we stayed in require extra fees to pay. I would say good for a one night accommodation for a family of four. Clean and has everything, spacious. The bathtub’s water goes very slow and the water isn’t very hot. So by the time we fill the tub its temperature is warm (suitable for children, but may not for adults). The hotel also provided a one time disposable cover for the bathtubs for hygienes. The toilet is multifunction ones with cleaning and warm seat. However, to get to the toilet section you have to bypass the shower section. So it would be sort of wet and messy if someone has just taken a shower and another person that is dry has to go through the shower in order to get to the toilet section. The hotel is in a neighbourhood. Not really close to any malls. However it is considered convenient for those who doesn’t have really young kids and uses railway as main method of transportation. It’s about 15min taxi ride from Huaqiangbei north area and the WangTee mall. Service was awesome and with late check out available. The robot delivered our food delivery to us.

Loved it! So close to mtr station!!! The area is quiet. True hotel brand never disappoints. Cleanliness, staff are always so nice and welcoming. The beds are always the most comfortable. You never want to leave. As well you cannot forget the cute food delivery robot!!! Always my favourite stay!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Location is a bit far away but the price is reasonable and the room is spacious. The remote connection between the TV and your phone is quite unstable thought.

Room had some leftover smells and the heating didn't work, but otherwise a decent hotel for the price

Friendly staff. Really good location and close to metro station. Nice view from the window. Highly recommended.
