Hotel is not near train station. Room is clean. Breakfast is acceptable.

Everything was fine, and I appreciate the orange-smelling soap.

Stay in Shenzhen too late and luckily find a twins bed hotel and bring 2 kids to stay here for 1 night. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but lots of restaurant nearby. There is a night market nearby and you can grab lots of tasty street foods back to hotel to enjoy. The room i stayed is near the main road and it is quite noisy even though I have upgraded to a higher floor. Staffs are nice and helpful. I guess to maintain good sleep, i may not stay in this hotel again.

This is probably a franchise store, it's a far cry from the directly-operated oranges, the orange bowl at the front desk was empty during Chinese New Year, there was no sugar in the room, let alone souvenirs, the breakfast was average, and it's not close to the subway station. When I first booked, I was misled by the reviews, saying it was 300 meters away, but it was actually nearly 700 meters

This high-quality service ran through my entire stay. Once I needed a few more hangers temporarily, I called the front desk, and in less than five minutes, the staff delivered the hangers to the room, always maintaining politeness and enthusiasm. The hotel staff was very easy to talk to. I needed to delay check-out due to changes in my itinerary. When I made a request to the front desk, they did not hesitate or shirk their responsibilities, but stood from my perspective and considered it very quickly. I was able to arrange the subsequent itinerary more calmly. This understanding and accommodation really touched me. I have to mention that the hotel provides free orange drinks, which is a great feature. Whether you are tired and return to the hotel, or wake up in the morning, a cup of sweet and sour orange drink can quench your thirst and refresh you. The sweet taste seems to condense the beauty of autumn. Every sip is full of natural breath, which brings full vitality to people. At the same time, it also cleverly echoes the hotel brand and makes people feel the unique brand culture. This time I stayed at the Orange Hotel, from the high-quality service, the reasonable staff to the free and delicious orange drinks, every detail made me feel the hotel's care. The hotel's sanitation and location are very good, and the adjacent dining area is convenient. It is recommended to replace the TV, which is too old and the picture is blurry.
