We would like to explain them one by one as follows: - According to the booking policy, the check-in time is 14:00, and the cleaning of the second room was delayed on that day due to the concentration of holiday passenger flow. -The cleaning team has expedited the process and will complete it in about 20 minutes. They have informed the customer in advance that they need to wait and did not intentionally delay. Regarding the verification of facility issues: A dedicated person has been arranged to inspect the air conditioning and bathroom walls. If there are any mold or stains, they will be rectified immediately. -The daily cleaning standards need to be strengthened to avoid similar situations from happening again. We deeply apologize for the poor check-in experience and have optimized the allocation of manpower during holidays to ensure timely delivery of the property.
