I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, there is no elevator, and we had to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room, which is very inconvenient, especially for those with luggage or mobility issues. Additionally, the security of the hotel is concerning, as non-guests can directly access the accommodation area, making it feel unsafe. The room was very cramped, with a strong sense of being confined, making it difficult to relax comfortably. Lastly, the quality of the room amenities was poor and did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Overall ok. But I think it can be more clean in the bathroom if possible

Very centrally based , clean environment, a little bit busy outside, but, very urban, breakfast served directly to the room, Ok for business, and other professional occupations.

Everything is good except terrible sound isolation and no obvious entrance to the hotel. Would often start smelling like cigarettes from people smoking next door.

Nice customer service and location. Near to public transport.

the location is not what i expected especially the lobby

A newly established hotel in a central location. Inside is pretty neat and tidy. But the lobby is located right next to the supermarket’s storeroom, it caused a bit of confusion about where the reception was.

The room is nice and clean, neat and tidy

Helpful staff, provided medicine while my wife suffered from cold and helped me to find the taxi using apps on her own sell phone. I will always remember the hospitality that staff has shown to us, nice memory!
