Overall stay was nice clean and comfy. Great value. The hotel is next to Metro exit which is very convenient to travel even the hotel is not in the center/busy area. Staffs were very nice and helpful. The only downside is the hotel name does not match on Trip.com and the entrance lobby was dark, escalator off, looks a bit doggy. So we took sometimes to find the place even it’s just right in front of us.

Good service and clean room. We had to walk up the stairs to get to the reception as the escalator was broken. We booked a "Family Parent-child Twin Room" (家庭親子複式套房 [複式雙床房+乾濕分離+助眠床枕]). We had to climb upstairs to get to the double bed. The location is pretty good, there is a Halal Turkish restaurant just outside the hotel's entrance. The restaurant has a prayer hall inside. There's a "Family Mart" next to the hotel (has juices, snacks, etc). MRT Wenjin station is about 10 meters from the hotel. There's a mosque/prayer hall about 500 meters from the hotel and several small halal shops run by local Muslims nearby this mosque. (You can see the dome from the hotel entrance) The hotel itself is definitely suitable for everyone.
