Amazing 3 bed family suite! Beautiful furnishing, spacious layout, comes with bath tub - great for kids! Very bright and clean room, comfortable bedding. Hotel is located at the 2nd floor, easy access to a variety of good food at level 1. For sports enthusiasts, u have easy access to a fully equipped gym at the hotel. Cool vibes! Washing machine and dryer available too so we can go home with clean clothes and not worry about dirty laundry. Will be great if hotel comes with a lift, but the great service of the hotel staff made up for it. They were extremely helpful with our luggages. Definitely will choose INNO hotel when we’re back in Shenzhen. Recommended! We’re thankful for hotel staff 小熊🧸 for her hospitality and great service.

盼盼 service was amazing. This is a super cool concept hotel. Gym and hotel. They even have instructors. Super cool idea for like a yoga retreat with your friends!!! Location is convenient and the space was clean and tidy. They even were so detail oriented that they provided sleeping masks and face cloths.

Absolutely love this hotel! The room is amazing minimal, clean, and filled with bright, beautiful sunshine. A special shoutout to CARO 🫶🏼❤️, who was so helpful and kind she truly made our stay even better. The 24-hour gym and delicious local food options nearby were such great perks. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to visit again!

I stay here for 1 night. it is a very nice small hotel. white color design make it look very clean and clear. Room in a good size and very clean. if I have more time, i will try their big gym.

The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. Especially the housekeeper Caro, the service is really thoughtful and meticulous. It was a very good travel experience.

Friendly staff and clean

The hotel is located in a residential area and is not very eye-catching. In addition, the hotel is a distance away from the nearby subway station, so you need to take a taxi to get there. When you arrive, you see the name of the hotel instead of the gym. At first, you thought it was not a hotel. When you enter and go up to the first floor, you will find that the hotel reception is hidden in the gym. The front desk service is semi-self-service. Basically, there is no one standing at the front desk. It is not a 24-hour service as described. Check-out is also self-service and no one assists. The hotel is mainly white, and the room has enough space. The bathroom and toilet are separated. What can be praised is that the shower room is very large. The TV in the room is played in the form of a projection TV. If you need to watch a movie, you need to pay. The hotel also provides free drinks including two bottles of distilled water, a can of Coke and an oolong tea. There are also two sets of large towels and face towels.
